We are located between Kaanapali and Kapalua Resorts. Direct ocean front 2 bd/2 ba unit. Lahina is about a 10 min. drive. You can walk to many restaurants, shopping, grocery store and health club. Close by is horsebacking riding and zip lining.

Two thing drew me to this condo, the photos and reviews. When we opened the door both of us said, "Oh, my goodness this is so beautiful" more so than we thought it would be. Everything is new and updated from the kitchen, bathrooms,and bedrooms. Best was the comfortable furniture on the lanai early in the morning with a cup of Maui coffee, or sunset with a glass of Maui wine. Yes they do have a winery on Maui. The condo has everything you might need, washer, dryer well equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels Boogie boards, even a small ice chest. Grocery stores and restaurants are very near, drive or walk. Did I mention the view from the 6th floor lanai, wow, can't get much better. Not only can you see the sea turtles that feed around the rocks at our beach, we saw the last remaining whales of the season almost every day. I'm sure at the peak of whale season it must be a fantastic show from the lanai. It was so nice after a day of snorkeling and running around to come "Home" to such a beautiful and peaceful place. The owner Jeanne was very easy to work with. Returns calls and answers our e-mails right away. She sent all the contracts and info right away and fallowed thru with everything she said she would do. Looking forward to staying here again soon. Mahalo

What a great condo! It was perfect for our family. we were there for 2 weeks. The lanai was awesome - what a spectalar view from the 6th floor. The patio furniture was very comfortable and loved just sitting outside and taking in the views! The condo was very comforable, nicely furnished with a washer/dryer. It was a great location and close to everything. We look forward to going back for another vacation!!!

This is a great condo. Very clean, nicely furnished, great views and even Underground parking. Kitchen had lots of cooking utensils so it was easy to prepare meals. We felt like we were at home. Condo was very quiet which was good after a day of adventures on Maui.
Lahina, 2 grocery stores, good snorkeling and shopping all within a 10-12 minute drive. Fun day trip to Hanna (if you can take the road), another to the volcano and then Paia for pizza at Flatbreads. We found the condo to be a great location from which to base our trips.
Jeanne was very easy to work with. Instructions were easy to understand and accurate. Made reservations and stay more enjoyable.
We look forward to returning

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owner, Jeanne, was very prompt, courteous and honest with the email exchanges. Reserving the condo was easy - basically she sends you the contract and you send back a deposit (via check as she does not take credit card or Paypal) to hold the reservation.
Jeanne is very thorough and emails us with the direction to the condo along with general info about the area (grocery stores/restaurants/shops nearby) prior to our arrival.
The unit is on the 6th floor of a 8 or 9 story building with elevator access. The building is pretty quiet without any hard partying or noise during our stay. The unit was (very) recently remodeled. The kitchen has granite counter, new cabinets and appliances. It is stocked with the gently used pots/pans, utentils, microwave and coffee maker. The living room and 1 bedroom open to a balcony (with nice outdoor furniture) that gives a very pretty ocean view and the pool below.
The bedrooms are average sized and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit small but in very good and clean condition. The living room has a nice comfortable couch that's big enough for my teenage son to sleep in. The living room and both bedrooms all have flat screen TVs with satellite TVs. The unit has free WiFi and it's fast. The unit is stocked with boogie board, folding chairs, mats, beach towels etc that you can take to the beach. There's a washer/drier in the condo unit.
The owner is prompt in returning the deposit. I got mine 2 weeks after my trip.
Overall this is a very nice condo with ocean front in Maui that's reasonably priced for a 2 bedroom. Jeanne, the owner, is very easy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend it. -

We have been to Maui, Kauai, etc., probably 6 or more times. We have stayed from Hana to Kona. This unit is the best we have stayed in yet. It is totally equipped with anything you can imagine down to beach chairs, boogie boards, flat screen tvs, a kitchen that leaves no need unfilled. We could see sea turtles from the balcony. It has its own washer and dryer. If you are going for a week, this is a big deal. Don't underestimate the importance of your own washer and dryer. It was one of the reasons we selected the unit, and it was great. You are a one block walk from convenience stores and, best of all, the Maui Brewery, a cool informal restaurant with great micro brews. The cocoanut / macadania nut porter is goood. We have found our place to stay in Maui. We have paid twice this rate on Maui in the past for a place not half as nice. It is extremely clean, perfectly equipped, with a view that can't be topped.

This place is super lux for much lower than typical prices. The balcony is huge and has both a sitting area and a table for eating. All the pictures on this unit's condo site are accurate. It really does look that good. Big screen tv in each bedroom and the living room. Totally equipped kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms. The view could not be better. We were a little concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but turns out the trade winds blow through and there are ceiling fans in each of the rooms. A/C was not missed at all. Even the pool area was beautiful and clean. Close by to shopping.

We stayed in this condo for a two weeks and would have loved to have stayed longer!!! Everything we needed was there...full kitchen, beach chairs and towels, games, etc. The lanai is huge and has an amazing view. We ate breakfast out there every morning before we started our day's activities. The location is ideal. It's a quiet area but easy access to stores, restaurants, snorkeling equipment, etc. We will be back as soon as possible :-)
