Left on 03/29/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We arrived on Jan. 2, and stayed until the 31st. The rugs were filthy dirty with both mildew and mold. On our first night it rained very hard and we had leaks in both upstairs bedrooms. We used garbage cans to catch the water coming in the condo. We called for help in the morning and they sent a young man out to fix the leaks. We had the same problem the next night and again asked for help he returned and did more patching and filling. At this time we asked to be moved to another unit, we were told there were not any available. They sent in a "Professional" carpet cleaner and they did a good job, telling us that the management had stopped using them and had the maids use a home style cleaner like a "Rug Doctor" or some $19 machine to clean the floor and said that was the reason they looked so bad.
On the up size it was well stocked with beach chairs, swim noodles, and beach towels.
