We will stay here again! Just loved it! The quietness of the resort was relaxing after our other visits in big hotels. This is the perfect place for a family to stay, especially the 3 bedrooms as we have 3 kids! The lanai's had besutiful views, what other place can you get ocean front for a great price!

It was wonderful to swim with the turtles. The view was spectacular. The poolside barbque was a nice way to eat in. Good location and hope to visit again someday.

View was wonderful.
Condo was nice and clean.
Bedrooms were too small.
The dishwasher did not work so we had to wash them by hand.
No air conditioning during hot weather.
Washing machine couldn't use large load and small load was too small.
No shower on 1st floor bedroom.

Thank you for staying with us recently. We enjoyed having your family celebrate the wedding while having fun at Noelani! We do have a feedback slip that was given to a member of your party upon check in. It states that if there is a problem, please notify the office asap. When we have dishwashers go out as sometimes mechanical items will do that, we have our maids do the dishes each a.m. Since you stayed only 3 days, this would have been offered right away. Also the size of the bedrooms are about 150 to 175 sf with king beds in the top level bedrooms and twins in the bottom. The lower bedroom does have the washer/dryer in the closet so that may have made it seem tight. We did not know why you could not use the large selection on the washer. We contacted the owner who was as surprised as we were that were was a note on the washer to use the small selection. That has been removed and the dishwasher was replaced. We do have portable a/c units that completely cool the bedrooms that we could have offered as well. Please consider us again and I can assure you that not only will you think the condos are nice and clean with a wonderful view, we will attend to any issues that you bring to our attention right away! Our favorite part of staying at Noelani was the incredible view from the living room and master bedroom. The 2 balconies made it easy for the whole family to enjoy. There aren't many places that will easily accommodate a family of 6 (4 of them teenagers) but this one had plenty of space. It was clean and comfortable. Noelani staff with pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend to others.
