Left on 06/01/2013 for a stay in May 2013
Unit was nice, however you do hear all the activity of the people living upstairs and nieghbors on the side are a little interesting. Location is great and it is nice to have a full kitchen and living area with golf course view. Overall not bad for the price.

only thing i can think of would be a better map of the restaurants and amenities that would easier show the locations for those of us who are less seasoned travelers--we sure enjoyed the quiet though!!!

Left on 03/08/2013 for a stay in March 2013
Had a Wonderfull time. The unit was very comfortable and the grounds beautiful. Having Turtle Bay Resort available certainly added to the experience. The North Shore is not for everybody but is the true Hawaii! Wakiki is only 1 1/2 hr away and can be enjoyed as well. If you are adventurous a buss runs about every 15 minutes to AlaMoana Shopping Center.Location and unit highly recommended.

Yonkers, NY, United StatesWonderful Vacation at Turtle Bay
Left on 09/15/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We had a wonderful vacation. I would have to say the pool was the highlight for everyone. We spent just about everyday there. My 3yr old and 5yr old never wanted to leave. Our overall stay was very relaxing and we will come back to Turtle Bay whenever we visit.

This place was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I would bring some earplugs though because the birds and Kam highway are noisey

Beaverton, OR, United StatesTurtle ay Experience
Left on 01/05/2012 for a stay in January 2012
Overall, we were very satisfied although it was the very closest unit to Hwy. 83.---very clean and well appointed. The age is starting to show, though, on door locks, door latches, and the shower plumbing. Again, overall, we
were very satisfied with our experience. -

,Great property, great location
Left on 03/05/2011 for a stay in February 2011
We had a wonderful stay on the north shore. Although we knew very little about surfing before our arrival, your selection of DVDs (most filmed nearby) helped us to get right into it and more fully appreciate the skill of the competitors at the nearby surf competitions. Also loved all the movies filmed at the Turtle Bay resort. Great visits to the shrimp stands, Polynesian village, saw a sea turtle, loved the golf course ... Only complaint was not enough time - I could have stayed a month. Thanks so much!

Edmonton, AlbertaVery Disappointed
Left on 01/21/2011 for a stay in December 2010
Unfortuately, our stay at the Estates at Turtle Bay was the only poor experience we've had in our numerous visits to the North Shore. Property management was unhelpful and security was not present. Our car was broken into, our golf clubs and snorkel equipment stolen and no one except the police showed interest. Even before the break-in, we were unhappy. When our kitchen light burnt out, we were left a bulb, but no one was around to replace the ceiling light. Every morning we woke up with new bites on our bodies. Bed bugs??? This is the only condo I've been in where there were absolutely no cooking supplies such as spices. We also found the drive to the resort longer than other places on the North Shore. We were very unhappy and would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Union City, CAVERY COMFORTABLE STAY
Left on 08/23/2010 for a stay in August 2010
This condo has got to be one of our favorites. Very clean, and and convenient in every way. We had our little ones with us, and this condo had everything to help make our trip easier and convenient. I would definately recommend this condo to all my friends and family.

Aiea, HIDa Turtle Bay's Ultimate Experience
Left on 07/07/2010 for a stay in July 2010
My family and I enjoyed our weekend getaway, It felt like you were on an other island, but you didn't have to catch a flight to experience an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. I just hope that they keep the country how it is and don't let some politician and or developers come in and try to change this piece of serene property.

SLC, UTThe Estates at Turtle Bay
Left on 09/09/2009 for a stay in September 2009
Check in was a breeze. Property interior was fine. Clean, everything you might need for a vacation. However, very warm and stuffy. One lone a/c in the bedroom that blew out cool, at best, air. Deceptive in advertising saying a/c in unit when only in bedroom. Water pressure in shower was not in full working order and drain was slow. Front lanai and grounds unappealing. Old water hose just laying in front yard, not well maintained. Condo next door and terrible odor emitting from front door and neighbor, older male, was scene in underwear. Unsightly. Owner has maintained up kept up interior. Was comfortable. If not for a/c and shower issues, unsightly front yard, and neighbor I would recommend.

The web site clearly states a/c in the bedroom. And as for the neighbor....WOW....we can't do anything about that!

Ewa Beach, HIOverall stay was great! Only one thing could be improved.
Left on 04/26/2008 for a stay in March 2007
The only problem with our room was the smell of the couch cushions and pillows. The cushions and pillows had a strong oily, greasy hair odor that made using the couch and chair difficult. We ended up covering the couch and chair with sheets and beach towels. Other than that, the room was great!

Seattle, WaGREAT BUT HAD FEW FALLBACKS
Left on 04/23/2008 for a stay in August 2007
It was a great location, the amenities were great, they had everything you could think of and price was very resaonable. However I was disapointed that the beautiful dishes provided had cockroache poop on them and a few dead ones and live ones where running around. Also the airconditioning unit in the bedroom was in a poor location. (In the corner behind the bed on the floor) Cold air falls- So the cold air did not circulate anywhere but in that particular corner. The staff was ok, they seemed disinterested when I checked in.Overall I thought it was a good place to stay and would come again.

We really enjoyed our condo, everything we needed was there with some extra stuff too. (golf clubs, mats and umbrella for the beach, boogie boards, maps/menus, and Ethernet connection) The property management company could have a Sunday contact number. We would highly recommend this condo if you want to stay on the north shore for a reasonable price.

Pearland, TXEverything we expected it to be
Left on 04/13/2008 for a stay in November 2007
There's really nothing negative I have to say about the rental unit. The location was convenient, it was clean, well-appointed and there were no surprises. It was everything we expected it to be and served as a pleasant starting point for a wonderful vacation. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good value on Oahu's north shore.
