Great decision to stay in the North Shore. We loved the food trucks and the different vibe from Waikiki and Honolulu. The unit met our needs well, was comfortable, clean and check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Overall, everything was fine. We had a little trouble getting through the gate on the night of our arrival (we didn't have the most updated code), the key to the condo was a little hard to turn and a couple of unimportant cleaning items were overlooked--the top of the fan hood over the stove was pretty dusty and sticky and the toilet in the downstairs bathroom was a little rusty under the rim. The only reason I even saw the toilet was because I was on the floor sprinkling "Gold Bond Medicated Powder" on some pesky ants. (That really seemed to work--I never saw the ants again!.)

We booked 018 West because it was close to the golf club and resort and because it was recently refurbished. We would definitely stay at 018 West again and found the booking process easy and pleasant to deal with.

The security guys was tremendously helpful. I had forgotten my access code papers and he was able to track it down. Please give him a raise!
The unit I stayed at needs cleaning in spots. the top of the range hood is filthy. So too are the baseboards in spots.
Overall, I was very happy.

We had a wonderful experience in Turtle Bay. You do need to have a car to get around, but would not change a thing. In hindsight we would have stayed in Turtle Bay longer and spent less time in Waikiki. Awesome

Great place and location. Just the front door needs to be updated and more welcoming perhaps painting it a bright color. When we arrived we were a little nervous. The inside was bright and cherry. The kitchen was missing a few things like a measuring cup, strainer and griddle, but we loved everything else. We enjoyed grilling by the pool

Sticky front door. Difficult to open and close.
Property's location close walking distance to resort. Property clean. few grains of rice under front of refrigerator. No signage that Pool 1 (closest to the unit) is an adults only pool. Nothing in rules either. There were children swimming in pool 1 on Friday when we arrived and Saturday morning. Longer walk to other pools. Unsupervised children at pool 3 jumping off railing. There are 3 pools and the Resident Manger on the property rotates them so that only one at a time is an " Adults only" pool. Pool #1 does not have that designation permanently

This is a beautiful condo that sleeps 4-6, is very clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you could possibly need! This is a wonderful option for those wishing to stay on the north shore of Oahu. It is inexpensive for what you get and the only other options are high priced rooms, cottages or villas of the Turtle Bay Resort. Our condo was big- master bedroom and private bath with tub. The second bath had a shower. Nice large kitchen, apartment sized washer/dryer but it got the job done, nice dining/living combo area and a loft upstairs with 2 beds. You must stop at a grocery store prior to getting to the condo as there is no place there to buy supplies. Golf course view.

We had a wonderful time in the condo. Our thirteen year old twin boys loved the loft. We enjoyed being close to the golf course. We golfed every other day. The course has excellent twilight rates and the restaurant is great spot for dinner. The location is close to everything. Would stay here again.

most "locals" would prefer more comfortable furniture. We have been staying at the condos since the 80's and very rarely do we get one with a "homey" atmosphere. The bathroom floor could have been vacuumed of "hair" from previous renter and general "updating" could be done, but like I said, it served our purpose for the weekend getaway and golf tournament. The price was reasonable.

The perfect place for us to stay to attend our family reunion in Hauula. Close to my uncle's house where the event was held (he has a gigantic yard to acoommodate the approx. 400 of us that came), the 4 of us were very comfortable (this is a unit with a loft and 2 full baths) and the unit was clean. Mahalo ia oukou!

I never stay anywhere else because the Estates at Turtle Bay are beautifully located right on the golf course and the beaches are the best and if you don't care to beach it everyday there is the pool and/or tennis courts here. This unit and I have stayed in many was the cleanest I've been in. The twin beds in the loft are a bit short if you are over
6' tall but do-able. The kitchen and bathrooms looked redone and very nice. All dishware and pots are available. It would be nice to have a few more items in the kitchen like plastic wrap or foil to cover open food with but we made do. We love Turtle Bay ! -

Stayed here 4th of July weekend for a wedding with the family who also booked other condos. Location is great, however, it wasn't very clean when we got in. There was a musky smell as you entered. The refrigerator had an old stale smell, which never got cold. We brought food, and had to take it over to another condo b/c the food would spoil (very inconvenient!). We put bottled and canned drinks in the freezer for the three days we were there, never got frozen. No ice was made. Dishes in the kitchen were dusty and dirty. There were no kitchen towels. Everything had an old, stale smell.
Bedroom closets and bathroom cabinets smelled musky also. Toilet in the downstairs bathroom is not secured to the ground, and a little shakey. Hot water is only a 30-gallon tank - you can't wash dishes and use both showers at the same time otherwise you'll get cold water!
We were there on a hot and still weekend. Would have been nice to have an air conditioner in the living room. The fans only circulated the warm air.
Compared to the condos other family members were staying at, this one is a lot older and not as upgraded with furnishings. But overall, it gave us a place to sleep and shower. -

For the price of $150/night, we were not pleased with the property. The a/c in the bedroom only blew hot air and the t.v in the bedroom did not work. The bathroom floor was not clean. We found hair on the floor. The bathroom towel was also badly stained. The pull out bed in the living room was dirty. When my son pulled it out, a whole bunch of rubbish came out. We felt safe and it was very quiet. There was also a lot of privacy but we wish the quality was a little better.

We agree that the cleaning seemed less than satisfactory, but we could not help since we were not notified. We would have sent a housekeeper out to correct the the problems, and made the guests more comfortable. We are available 24 hours a day.
