The unit is a good size for a small family 3-4 people. the location was convenient, close to the turtle bay resort, grocery stores, beaches, etc. Overall the property was clean, but there seemed to be a lot of Ants, and there were a lot of ant traps which made us think this wasn't a new issue. And the lack of BBQ in the unit was inconvenient

Great condo - really appreciated having 2 double beds in the loft area to accomodate our girl/boy teens (it's actually difficult to find that set up). Kitchen was very well equipped; the only suggestion is to add a pancake griddle. There was an infestation of ants in the main bath (tub) and a saturday morning call to management was unreturned (a little disappointing), so I purchased ant traps to use (might be nice to have on hand)as ants seemed to be an issue even though the condo was clean. There were also no extra bags for the large trash which I thought was curious. The patio table is warped and wobbly - impossible to enjoy a meal because drinks would be dumped with the slightest movement. Otherwise, we were VERY satisfied with our stay and would stay again.

I did fill out the critique when I left. I had just a few minor suggestions. I prefer #044, but 048 was fine. We had a great time. Maybe there should be a note in the unit about the location of the internet and how to connect.

The property's location is very nice and convenience. It is so close to the Turtle Bay resort and beach.The scenery is so beautiful.However the carpet of the entrance area is so sticky and dirty.The towels have smell.The sofa is not very cozy.However the master bedroom is plus. It is roomy and has air conditioner.The other 2 full size beds are very is also great to have air conditioner in the living room.

This was a nice unit & the loft made it very nice b/c we have two children. There is a wonderful crossdraft betw the mstr bdrm and the LR. The pools in the complex were also great. Problems included no can opener, slow drain in the hall bath and the toilet in the master bath kept refilling throughout the night which was kind of annoying.

Upon checking in we were informed by the management that housekeeping had put in extra effort to clean the condo after a lengthy stay by previous renters. Although the condo was superficially cleaned, many of the contents seem to have been neglected for months/years. For example, the slatted doors throughout the condo were dirty and dusty, along with the smoke detectors, and portable fans. The carpet was dirty and stained and walls were in need of cleaning/painting. One unidentifiable piece of gunk decorated the living room wall. Some of the lights didn't work (most likely burned out bulbs), the front screen door did not close properly, and several kitchen cabinet doors were grossly misaligned so that they would not properly close.
Putting aside the cleanliness and maintenance issues, which hopefully will be addressed by the management, the property was comfortable and well furnished. It is conveniently located close to nearby beaches and has a nice view of the Estates and surrounding area. -

I love the location and property at Turtle bay. The condo's are affordable and in pretty good condition. The carpets should be shampoo'd because there are two small blood stains in the master bedroom. But overall, the condo was clean and comfortable.

We found this property to be very nice during our one-week stay. Owning a coastal property in California that is rented out, we know the difficulties in keeping it in good shape and inviting for guests; the owner of this property has done an excellent job. We appreciated very much the added bonus of two available beach chairs. The only recommendations I have for the owners are to replace the drapes in the downstairs bedroom (several rips and they don't close all the way to the wall) and either repair or remove the A/C unit in the living room (with the excellent airflow and a unit in the bedroom, I don't know how necessary the second unit is). Thank you for helping to make the week a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay in this same unit again.

My daughter lives in hawaii and I wanted her to feel as though she came to may home away from home we cooked indoors we barbaqued at the pool we swam we had a great time and we felt like she and her family couldcome over and feel like they were coming home. Thank you

We were very happy with the rental. The living room a/c unit wasn't working, and the main bathroom's tub/shower had no water (these should be fixed), but this was not an inconvenience for us; we needed neither. If we were to return to Oahu, we would be happy to stay in the unit again.

The location and ease of the Turtle Bay Estates really helped us through my friend's wedding weekend on the north shore. The room we stayed in had enough air conditioning that the bridal party was able to get ready in the condo. It was nice and quiet the entire weekend.

This condo just needs a littlr more comfy furniture to lounge on while home. Otherwise the place was great. Loved the bedroom loft[needs a bathroom] and breezes flowed thru nicely for comfort with help of fan from office that the girls let me use for my stay. As for those "Girls", I would marry any one of them if I didn't already have a wife. They are absolutely the finest people that I have dealt with in my fifteen years of working in Hawaii. The BEST!!
