I Was attending 1 day at a convention at Turtle Bay and the condo was very convenient. It was walking distance to the resort and clean. I did expect there to be a few staples like Salt and Pepper but otherwise it was perfect for what I was looking for.

The apartment has a very good range of kitchen utensils and cutlery. Only item missing was scissors. I was not impressed with the dirty iron, but this was quickly changed for a new one by the property management company. Some have mentioned the distance to the parking. It is about 50 m, versus 20m in the case of the larger properties. This probably arises because beinga smaller property it was given the slightly further away parking. I do not complain about walking an extra 30 metres. In any case, for unloading you can park briefly 5 metres from the front door. Would certainly stay here again.

Parking space for Unit# 75 was very far from the unit. There were at least 15 guest parking spaces closer. Suggest moving some of the quest parking out and tenant spaces closer to the unit.

My stay was pleasant, although the overall condition needs some TLC. The bathroom seems unchanges since the 70s and the curtains and blinds were vitally useless. The screen door was constantly falling off and it was much noisier than expected fom the bedoom where other residents seem to leave at 6am and sit in their idling vehicles.
I would stay at TBE again but not in this unit. -

Enjoyed the room and amenities. Had to remove several dead cockroaches from the condo when we got there. Had someone gone in and checked condidtions of the condo before we got there and removed them, it would have been an exceptional stay.
