Great accomodation for a family. Bannisters on the second level are very unsafe for young children and so maybe a gate at the bottom of the stairs would be a good investment. The shower upstairs definately needs a new shower head and the sliding door downstairs would not lock or with much difficulty. The bed upstairs was VERY comfortable and pleasant to sleep in. Overall, it was a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city to start our holiday. Thank you

Gliches encountered. Another car was in our stall. The code for the gate did not work and we had to call for help. The card key for the gate did not work either, and we had to have another guest use his key to get in. Not enough towels. Only five sets of towels for six guests. Minor stuff, we had a great time, and we will be back net year. Tom

Unit #092 needs updating and/or completion of existing conditions. All closets should be emptied for incoming guests and flooring in closet should be completed. Showers components not in good operations. Diverters handles came off when engaged. Hot water very inconsistant. Counter next to stove is cracked and broken. Frig not level. Bed in loft area too close to unsafe railing.

We had a nice vacation and made good use of the tennis courts and pool. The location is ~10 minute walk to the beach. The property was lacking in kitchen supplies and the furniture/decor was not impressive but adequate. It was a nice get away with lots of good eating places and close to the Polynesian Culture Center

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very conveniently located next to the pool, clean and absolutely comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer and are looking forward to the next time we can do it again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, except, the screen door that opens to the view, was bent and we had trouble closing it. We found it off the roller and when we put it back on, it didn't roll very well. Otherwise, the condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular. We could even see the horses in the stables.

We were extremely happy with the condos and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. There was a party of 20 and the condos catered to our every need. It was like being on vacation. Very clean and tidy, great properties.

Absolutely love this this location. We have stayed many times at these condos. The only problem we had has the state of cleanliness. There were ants in the kitchen that would appear every afternoon- a trail across the top of the backsplash, along the bottom of the cupboards and onto the wall behind the painting. They never got into any food or dishes, but were bothersome to deal with each day. Also, opened one of the cupboards to a live cockroach (ugh!) one day. I known that these are common to Hawaii, but also know that if the unit had been cleaner, or better maintained, they would not have been there. LOVED our house geckos - there were at least 4 or 5 of them and I was very glad to hear and see them each evening, coming out to help keep things under control. All things considered, we would still come back and stay again. We will make sure to mention this before we come next time to make sure the place is thoroughly looked through before we arrive :)

Can opener not working properly and should be replaced. Blender was in poor condition and needs to be replaced. Screen Doors for patio/lanai difficult to open and close -- fully repair or replace. Could not find a Rice Cooker.

Hello.. I have some usefull feedback - I would not recommend this unit# 92 to anyone for the following reasons:
1. 97 was nicer but small kitchen
2. Cabinet doors were falling apart.
3. Master bed was too mushy and caves in the center of the mattress.
4. Shower knobs and closet rod was too high. Shower 6ft, and closet 8 ft?
5. Entry screen door is miss aligned and does not latch on it's own.
6. Lanai screen doors don't open and close very well, and does not close.
Your prompt service to fix the master shower head and large stove burner was excellent. Thank You! I think I would like to stay near the 1st fairway on the Fazio course next time. -

We were very pleased with our stay at Turtle Bay Estates! The condo was decorated really cute, it was clean, and it was bigger than we expected. It had everything we needed, and was perfect for our family. We would recommend it to our friends. And when we come back to Hawaii we will stay here again!

this unit is a nice space . It needs to finish renovations repaint a brighter color --light yellow tan etc.
needs more coffee cups . There was no large frying pan. In genearal it needs a renovation and upgrades to fit such a nice space. Then yeah i would rent it again and recomend it to friends -

the mouse in the house was a little nerve racking. He came out at night and got into a bag of nuts. also the upstairs bathroom tank didn't fill after flushing. had to giggle take the tank cover off and giggle the inside filler. otherwise the apartment was good.

No cleaning equipment (dish sponges, dish liquid, etc.) for kitchen. Something large (probably a rat) ate part of a loaf of bread left on counter. When property manager was informed, a rat trap was placed in the unit. This upset my daughters-in-law (one who was pregnant) and they disarmed it. Was told no other units were available.

The unit wss very dark. Cushion covers were dirty. It looked like someone threw up on the throw cushions. The unit was HOT. There was sand on one of the twin beds on the loft. Having no door to the bathroom upstairs was really weird. The screen door to the back was crooked. This unit needs to be renovated and given a brighter look. We went to a friend's unit and it looked so much nicer! Just like the image on the website of this questionnaire. If renovation is too much, at least make sure the unit is clean. The bathmat in the lower bathroom was so dirty. When you walked around the unit, our feet would get so dirty. There were no additional toilet paper. We needed to share from the lower bathroom. The tissue box had just one tissue left and there weren't any under the vanity. Please take this as constructive critisms. Your next guests may be more upset and file complaints to the CEO of your company.
