Afton, WY, United StatesNice but could be better
Left on 02/20/2013 for a stay in February 2013
Overall we had a great experience. We would of been more comfortable if the property would of been cleaner. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a couple months, the walls need new paint and the furniture is older.

vancouver, BC, CanadaSmall but Okay
Left on 02/15/2013 for a stay in February 2013
This condo was renovated but it now showing some wear. The bedroom is in a loft and there is no dresser and only a small place to hang short things. The kitchen has little counter space but is well equipped. There's no phone.

Small issues but there were several: condo had an ant problem, not enough glasses and no cooking pot available. Day 1 the TV didn't work but it was replaced with a new one on day 2 by very friendly and helpful maintenance men. No hangers provided but we did get them on day 3. Bed was OK but futon was extrmemely uncomfortable. We'll come back, but not to this unit.

Kamuela, HISo cute!
Left on 08/16/2010 for a stay in July 2010
My boyfriend and I had a very nice stay at this condo! It is so cute. It is painted happy colors and the kitchenware were all quality items. The decor was also very attractive. This mini vacation was a spontaneous idea and we were happy that our last minute requests were accomodated. We had fun and would come back again! Love the North Shore.

Alameda, caWorst rental i've ever stayed at. Thankfully we were only there
Left on 07/13/2010 for a stay in July 2010
When we got there there the place seemed like it was just what we were looking for. Then we found that the AC didn't work.. no matter how long it was on. The fan they gave us made so much noise you couldn't sleep. And the screens couldn't keep out the infestation on little flying cockroach type bugs from the back of the building. It got up to 86 degrees at night. Miserable.

Really enjoyed my stay...made some written comments on departure. Do away with yellow curtains. Don't replace. Replace fan in loft. Current one is too noisy. Replace glass table; it is a hazard to both adults and children. Put an eating table in corner near lanai. Otherwise, everything else was perfect! Can't beat the location!!

Saint Charles, MONice location, but we had to clean it
Left on 12/06/2009 for a stay in October 2009
The condo had not been cleaned when we arrived. The loft area floor remained uncleaned even after we placed a call with housekeeping (found a previous guest's clothing and plenty of hairs & dust balls). There was an insect problem in the loft area (ie 40 flying beetles on the ceiling during one particular evening). Everyone was friendly, the location was beautiful and it was nice to have a washer-dryer in the unit. But in honesty, we were unhappy with the cleanliness of the condo, especially with having to pay a condo cleaning fee.

Left on 11/23/2009 for a stay in November 2009
Hello, Unfortunately, i have nothin g good to report. We got there and the bath tub was full if hair and sand, the sink was full of toothpaste residue. The condo was full of bugs (i think ear wigs?). We stayed in the same condo 2 years ago and were very happy with it but it seems to have gone down hill since then. We will not be staying at this condo again.
Thank you.

Left on 10/31/2009 for a stay in October 2009
I thought it was awesome. I didn't have any problems. My though girlfriend thought there were too many bugs, front desk told us fumigation wasn't done and it looked like no cleaning was done for about 2 weeks before we arrived. other than that all was good.

,Great Price for the Location
Left on 03/23/2009 for a stay in March 2009
The location is great. Beautiful beach, golf course and good restaurants. Spacious, clean rental apartments. The North Shore is much quiteter than the Honolulu area. Waimea Botanical Gardens and Haleiwa a must see too.

The bed is very uncomfortable. You can feel pressure points from the springs over your entire body. A quick cleaning (dusting and sweeping)just prior to a guests arrival would give a higher rating on cleanliness.

We loved our stay. The accommodations were cozy. We've always stayed in hotels or motels, so our first condo experience was five star.

Left on 04/28/2008 for a stay in December 2007
Excellent and comfortable condo, with everything that you can need (excellent acommodations and very nice kitchen). The only thing we didnt like, was the wall of the shower tub, because it have some rust (oxide)that needs to be clean. I recommend it anyway.

Left on 04/15/2008 for a stay in September 2007
Everything was near perfect except coming and going. I didn't enjoy running up the road several miles to get keys and there was some confusion with the gate. I had an after hours phone number to call but noone ever answered.

I just want to say that these condos are a great way to enjoy Hawaii. They are conveniently located within a resort to easily enjoy resort amenities, without paying resort price. It was great!

Left on 04/12/2008 for a stay in December 2007
The pictures of the condo didn't do it justice; it also had a jacuzzi tub, and little lizards that entertained us on the sliding glass door every evening. It was very quiet, and easily accessible. Our only complaint was the pool was closed for renovation.

Left on 04/12/2008 for a stay in February 2008
When we arrived at the condo there were no clean towels, no clean sheets for the bed. The floors were dirty, hair was everywhere. It looked like they started to clean the condo but didn't finish it. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay and we would definitely come back on our next trip!
