Saint George, Utah, United StatesGreat location, fun condo!

Great location. Near all the North Shore places to visit. Close to Farmers Market. Walking distance to bus stop. Condo had cool lay out and quiet neighbors. There is a bike security guy that is a little over zealous, but at least he's on the ball. (: Enjoyed it and would stay here again!

Mill Creek, Washington, United StatesEstates at Turtle Bay Wedding Anniversary 2013
Left on 01/09/2013 for a stay in January 2013
The Estates at Turtle Bay is secluded from the busy Waikiki scene, the primary aspect that appealed to us when we booked our reservation. After hours check-in was relatively easy and the emergency staff was helpful in providing gate access and entry.
The accomodation, upon first impression appeared relatively clean. However, after settling in, we couldn't help but notice a very pungent odor that rendered the master bedroom entirely unuseable. I can best describe the odor as a revoltingly heavy perfume smell well absorbed into all the bedding and towels. The stench seemed to primarily originate in and eminate from the comforter, pillows, sheets, towels and most of the extra bedding in the master closet (most likely from the previous guests.) Luckily, we had the loft upstairs for my wife and daughter to share. Given the bed sizes -- two short singles -- and the fact that I am six feet tall, I had to resort to spending every night on the living room couch, and sadly, separated from my wife on our 10 year wedding anniversary. Although doable, we left the estates dissatisfied with a sore back from nine nights of alternating between the floor and couch. We considered calling to request a room switch, but noticed that the property was sold out online, so we just shut master bedroom door and made the best use of the rest of the unit. -

Farmington, NMmostly satisfied

THe condo was a good value for the money. Cownstairs was comfortable, however the upstairs was nearly intolerable during the day and just tolerable during sleep hours. No cooler upstairs which is where it should be due to the good cross drafts available downstairs. I would rent a condo from the estates in the future but be a bit more picky with room arrangements.

Altho it's been over a year since we visited and we are now being asked to give a review, I have fond memories of this unit. It was very comfortable for my family members and we are returning again this summer, altho not to the same unit.

Highlands Ranch, COSuper Clean and Comfortable
Left on 04/29/2008 for a stay in December 2007
We were very impressed at the cleanliness and the comfort this condo provided. The two queen beds and bathroom upstairs were great. We had recently stayed in a very upscale resort on another island and felt this condo was equally as nice. We appreciat the great service we received. It was a superb rental.
