The owners had not communicated with the property management company and had let guests come to the unit the same day as our arrival. When we arrived there were no keys, and the friends of he owner had obviously showered before leaving the condo. Even though we were only there for 5 days we spent all morning the first day waiting for the unit to be rekeyed because with the lack of communication between the owners and management company they thought the unit had been broken into. the guests took the keys left for us as we had a late arrival. I had to call multiple times for updates and they charged us for an early arrival even though it was the owners friends. The management company never seemed very apologetic or offered any concession for our inconvenience. Then when we were leaving we took our niece to the airport as she was leaving earlier and gave her a ride, however the maid noticed an additional person and without calling and talking to us they charged us another additional fee. The unit is great but beware of he management company they are out to make money and could care less if you lose part of your vacation due to there poor communication with the owners. I have yet to see a credit for the owners friends early arrival so I haven't even attempted with the other additional charge. It isn't worth the frustration.

I was graciously surprised with the accomodations , the confort, and utensils provided in the kitchen. The bed was very confortble. Beatiful view, calm neigborouh.

The 1 bdr & loft with two beds was very comfortable, well equipped with cooking & beach gear for a family with two teens. The wide gaps in the loft railing and steep stairs may be a problem for families with small children. Close to the pool, short walk to the beach, and easy drive for groceries and shrimp trucks. Screened lanai, wireless internet and cable TV were well used. Would definitely stay again.

My family truly enjoyed the comfort of the condo, it was very clean and had everything you could ever need to make you feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with what ever you needed to cook with, and it also had games for the family to play at night. I don't think i will ever stay at another hotel now that I have had this awesome experience.

It just so happened that a watermain broke while we were there so woke up with not water! They were very helpful and moved us to another unit. It was a huge pain repacking and move in the middle but it all worked out. We will be back as soon as possible

When we first got there the place we were to stay at was Very dirty. The owner of the Rental place got us into the 120 apartment. That was great but she was not nice about it treated us like we were below getting this place. The other one was 186 west it really needs to be cleaned up and fixed up. I will next time try to go through some other place to rent at turtle bay. The name of the Person we went through was Cindy Files.

If you want to see Hawaii in its most natural look, Turtle Bay is the way. Close to Scuba sites, snorkeling and luau. I loved it here.
