This condo is a gem! Impeccably clean, well equipped and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed breakfast on the garden patio overlooking the golf course. Very comfortable bed, convenient washer/dryer, well-appointed kitchen and clean bathroom. Condo is right next to a beautiful pool with nice BBQ area, and a very short drive from luxurious Turtle Bay Resort, with access to its cozy white sand beach. Great location to explore Oahu's wonderful North Shore area.

I stayed here for four weeks while working on a construction site nearby. The condo was very comfortable and everything operated well (AC, laundry, dishwasher etc). There was a large cable tv selection though the tv (and furnishings) are a little outdated. It is a great location on the quiet north shore and right in the midst of great golfing and a couple eating options. I loved going to Kewalo Bay which is just across the golf course (great snorkeling). My one recommendation: don't leave ANY crumbs around the sink because there are little ants that always seem to pop up around them.

This is a great place to stay for some good R&R. They even had a lot of beach gear such as flippers and ice coolers. They had only one pair of snorkels...that didn't work. I didn't have expectations on the cooler or snorkels, so overall I was well pleased.

We rented 127 & 129 for 10 days. Both lower units. My complaint is with the upstairs neighbors. They had 2 blow up mattresses on the lanai, during the day they were used for 3-4 kids to run and jump on them. There was one male adult with them. The toys/bicycles were kept in the big brown van in the parking space. When the kids wanted new toys they would run down the stairs, alone, and access their bikes to ride up and down the sidewalk and park at the bottom of the stairs. I am a parent of 4, now grown children, so I am pretty forgiving when is comes to kid noise. But, these kids were screamers! And the adult was a yeller! They were runners and door slammers. Great vacation, but it could have been a lot quieter. Thanks for the stay, we will return.

Since we were checking in and out on a holiday/weekend, directions to the "property" left in the office window were a bit vague, we spent a few minutes driving around behind the office looking for the rental property before we decided to drive over to the turtle bay resort to ask for directions. Perhaps including a map to the turtle bay property in the office window along with the instructions would help guests find the guard shack. Other than that, the condo itself was beautiful, charming and well cared for. Parking was easy and the location was very central to all of the destinations we had planned on the north shore. Definitely requesting the same unit next time.

Enjoyed meeting the property manager. The unit I stayed in was nice and comfortable, with a terrific little back yard and convenient location next to the pool. My only somewhat negative comment is that the unit including the cabinets, all smelled very strong, like insect repellant.
