THIS IS MY FIRST TIME RENTING A PRIVATE CONDO SO I WASN'T SURE WHAT TO EXPECT. THE PLACE WAS OUTFITTED WITH EVERYTHING ONE WOULD NEED,A LOT OF THOUGHT WAS PUT INTO FURNISHINGS AND DECOR. IT TURNED OUT VERY WELL I THOUGHT, WILL DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN.

We really enjoyed the space of a condo and the great value pricing of the condo at Estates at Turtle Bay. We would definitely go this route again and recommend it to our friends. The small opportunities for improvement would be - a couple of lights were out in the kitchen/living area, and maybe time to service the ac unit in the living room as it was not quite as cool as the bedroom unit. But what a wonderfully equipped unit, and peaceful well maintained property over all. I would very much have liked to received our check in instructions a full week before departure as it felt "last minute" in delivery - which they tell you - but I am a planner and like to feel all the loose ends are all tied up well before departure. Look forward to visiting Estates at Turtle Bay again - great experience.

Codes for entry to the gate and condo cannot be sent out a week ahead, for security reasons. The codes change.

It was a great location to do our Oahu exploring from.
The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked which was appreciated. Had difficulty getting in the gate when we arrived very late at night and no return call from the "emergency contact". Otherwise a great stay. -

Bed was uncomfortable. Someone's socks were left in dryer. For the money it was to expensive for the out dated uncomfortable stay for the family.

Wai Tilley was great. Very accommodating and very pleasant.
The exterior motion detector light didn't work making getting the lock box key a bit of a challenge. -

Management was very wonderful to work with; efficient and accommodating. Aftering stay cooped up in a hotel in the Waikii area, it was so wonderful to stretch out a bit and enjoy the space of a real home away from home; more than everything you'd expect--full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, tv/dvd player, pool, and plenty of beaches nearby. The next best thing to staying at aunties or uncles house! Thanks Estates at Turtle Bay!!

This is our third stay at the resort and normally I have no complaints at all, this time I have a couple. We did see a big bug inside, and for the tropics I think this is expected. The big issue was the family upstairs. It sounded like they were contantly moving furniture and running a race. They yelled a lot, too! So, stay at this resort, it is great, just avoid staying below this active family!

We had a very pleasant stay at the condominium which was well appointed. We have nothing but good things to say about the accommodation. It had everything we needed. It was particularly useful to have internet access available as part of the rental. We would certainly recommend this property to others.

My family and I spent 11 wonderful relaxing days at Turle Bay Condos West and loved everything about our stay in your place. Great location, pools,BBQ areas, bus stop, hotel, main highway and a wonderful helpful manager. Yes we loved the condo too! We plan to return hopefully next year!

The tile floor really helped my allergies. The only two issues were: the unit is quite close to the main road and somewhat noisy, and there were a few giant waterbugs that appeared out of nowhere. Otherwise, we had a great time.

One of the cleaner units I have stayed in. It still had the usual ants that liked to eat food on the counter etc. but most units have that problem. It was closer to the highway than expected, but that was not a problem.

I stayed in 148 West. The condo was well maintained. The only issue I had was the main room air conditioner. I was not able to get it to work. It wasn't too warm during my visit, so the fan worked just fine. Look forward to my next stay.

We appreciate the easy check in and out. My condo was clean, private, and not pretentious. We had the pool to ourselves! The golf courses are huge. This is the way to vacation!

Several dead cockroaches around the "clean" apt. Bathroom was mildewy and in need of an upgrade. Overall a so-so place to stay.

We were scheduled for one place and did stay there for two or three nights. The place was very, very buggy! I've lived in Hawaii and never had the kind of problems with bugs that this property has. We were moved to another property which was somewhat better, but still a disappointment. We should have been upgraded because of the time we lost. Very disappointing.
