We were pleased with the Rental we were in, everything was awesome! Traveling from the Big Island to Oahu, it was nice be in a Condo that felt like being at home! I would recommend your buisness to my friends and family!

very old interior
sheets have been washed so many times there like sand paper. witch sucks when you are tender from sun!
bathroom is very dated with a recent lame attempt to spruce it up by tiling around the tub.
plan on taking kitchen utensils because there are hardly any there to use.
blender was broken.
toaster was broke.
had to buy paper towels and toilet paper W.T.H.!
only one air conditioner worked and other in master bed room was blowing only warm air. no air upstairs witch made it over 100 degrees up there even with fan and windows open. kids couldn't sleep up there because it was super hot and had to sleep on the pull out couch downstairs and it was horrifically uncomfortable
NOW FOR THE BAD PART. BUGS!
ants were living in the one bed up stairs, the queen bed
ants were in cabinetry
ants were all over kitchen counter
ants were in both bathrooms
we were all convinced the place must have mold bad because all of us were sick from the second day of our stay till the day we got home. we had already been in Hawaii a week at a outrigger hotel and were not sick there.
the last day we couldn't wait to leave this place and packed up at 6am because we wanted out so bad.
they make you pre pay other wise i would have checked out and stayed at the turtle bay hotel instead.

This is my 8th or 9th stay at the Estates at Turtle Bay preferrable over some of the vacation homes along the highway because it is quiet, relaxing and beautiful here. Whether you walk down to the beach or Lei Lei's for a meal or cocktail you are never disappointed. More action is at the resort or you can venture into Haleiwa.
This particular unit was the best one yet for me. It was roomy, ultra clean and had everything we needed to cook in & enjoy. Managed to get some pool time in the very first afternoon too. I was very impressed with the management company when I called the next morning to let them know the TV reception was bad and the TV in the main bedroom stopped working. By the time we came back from shopping both had been fixed ! The aloha spirit is shown a lot on this side of the island. Everything you want for a nice relaxing time is right here at the Estates. -
,We had a resident rat and the air conditioner didn't work.

During the night we had a rat that came out to eat our bananas and the air conditioner didn't work. When we reported this to the management they said there wasn't much they could do and the building did have rats occasionally. We will not be returning to the condo.

We had a wonderful time on the North Shore getting back to Hawaii time, decompressing from the Mainland's fast pace in all of life. I much rather be on turtle time, work hard and then REST in the sun!

our condo was great, but something was wrong with the garbage disposal. It worked fine, but it smelled really bad. We didn't cook, so we didn't put anything in it. By the end it smelled so bad there and under the sink that you could hardly be in the kitchen. sometimes they get old and just start to smell. that was our only negative thing.

Room appeared clean but bathroom floors had hairs. Upstairs toilet overflowed at night resulting in water leaking into bedroom and bathroom downstairs.

We are always excited and look forward to visiting our favorite place on the North Shore. Turtle Bay Estates has become our favorite vacation spot, not only because of location, beauty, beach, but because we always make new friends and everyone is so very friendly. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and never a day went by without a smile from someone on the maintenance crew. They are truly wonderful. I would and have recommended this to several of our friends. We are looking forward to our next stay with you.
