Honolulu, HI, United Statescomfortable stay
Left on 05/03/2013 for a stay in April 2013
We really enjoyed our stay! Overall the place is nice and clean, tile floors in all but bedroom(would change out the thick carpet to wood/tile floors, to keep all clean). We were nicely surprised by the flat screen TVs in both the living room(the control was difficult to work and hard to change channels) and the bedroom (TV worked great and also DVD too). Our biggest concern was the front door was difficult to close and keep closed and locked(seemed broken latch). We mentioned this to the rental company. So hopefully they will fix that problem. Parking in front of condo. A/C in both rooms a plus. Need thicker heavier curtain in bedroom to keep out morning sunlight and privacy. New looking stove but burners old, slanted and hard to cook on but we were able to cook. Well stocked with kitchen equipment, skillets could be updated. Ice maker but does not work. Also had extras for beach and activities in bedroom closet. Shower is strong and hot. Lanai has gas grill and plastic table and chairs. Got to pull screens overlapping to keep bugs mosquitos from coming in. Overall we enjoyed! Just a few fixes would really make it great!!

Only stayed 2 nights which was hardly enough time, but really enjoyed staying on the north shore. The Turtle Bay Resort was an excellent location and the office staff were terrific.

Had a fabulous time here at 187. The condo was ideal for us, close to the hotel and amenities, good restaurants nearby, short walk to the beach. Pictures on the website dont do it justice, couldnt ask for a better place to stay, ideal location for travelling around the island, wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place, we had an amazing time here, wished we could have stayed longer.
We researched this area for a while before settling on no.187 east, other reviews mentioned ants etc, no such problems here, nice quiet swimming pool nearby, quiet area, immaculate surroundings, you wont be disappointed if you book this.
Booked surf lessons with the hotel, worth every penny, Lei leis restaurant, Olas, and the surfer bar are all good places to dine and drink.
Loved ervery minute of our stay here -

Snoqualmie, WANice but not great
Left on 04/11/2011 for a stay in April 2011
The decorations and amenities were excellent, the beach gear was greatly appreciated. The WiFi worked great and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit cooled naturally with the breeze and we did not need the air conditioner.
The bed was small but comfortable, the sitting chair and couch were not. Our reading was done in other locations!
The unit had above average road noise, lots of moisture ants, the front door lock did not function easily or securely, the family next door was quite loud (infant crying and family arguments) and the power outlet in the kitchen did not work correctly. -
,awesome stay at 168 West
Left on 08/03/2010 for a stay in July 2010
We stayed for several days in North shore. It's a very good location for someone who want to explored the north shore, pretty closed with Polynesian Cultural Center, also minutes away to drive to Haleiwa. The condo itself was awesome, I like the way the owner decorated it. Pretty clean and comfy. One thing I concern was just the bed wasn't to comfy to sleep on it. But overall, it's all great !! Definately will come back to stay there.

Frisco, TXFairly nice, needs a couple of changes
Left on 05/28/2010 for a stay in March 2010
The shag carpet in the bedroom needs to be removed. Dirty shag carpet in a tropical atmosphere=gross!!! It was really dirty! Also, the comforter needs a washable duvet in the master bedroom. There was too much stuff in the master closet and not enough room for our suitcases and clothes. The grill outside is inoperable and needs to be removed, there's a chicken nest underneath it. Also, new clean (unstained) towels and washcloths are needed. I use nicer towels/clothes on my dogs and cars at home. The living room furniture and kitchen were both nice. Make these few changes and it'll be great!

Hubbard, ORNice place to stay and relax
Left on 01/28/2010 for a stay in January 2010
Unit168 was nice and in general a comfortable place to stay. The view of golf course was enjoyable, but the road noise was bothersome. Was entertained by a hen on her nest under the outside BBQ!

Honolulu, HIGreat property to stay....
Left on 06/02/2009 for a stay in May 2009
Great property to stay. Beautiful, clean, relaxing. Only three problems. 1. Wireless internet promised was locked with a password which wasn't given to me. 2. The door and lock were difficult. 3. The sliding doors in the patio were off their raceways. But, I'd definitely want to come back to this one and would encourage others to do so also.

San Ramon, CAGreat Vacation at Turtle Bay Estates
Left on 08/24/2008 for a stay in August 2008
Our condo was beautifully decorated, well furnished, spotlessly clean. It was a great location for the relaxing days we planned at Waimea Bay. It just could not have been any better. Thanks for a great stay!

Camarillo, CAGreat Stay at a Honu Hideaway
Left on 06/23/2008 for a stay in June 2008
The condo had been beautifully remodeled with a lovely decor the kitchen was a nice size, the bathroom shower head tall enough and there was a gas grill. The air conditioner in the living room was not working but thankfully the bedroom one did. A larger TV and a new refridgerator with an ice maker would be the only changes I'd suggest.

Left on 04/14/2008 for a stay in August 2007
Clean and bright. Nice decor, and the kitchen is great. The mountain/golf course view is lovely after a day of sand and sea. We have used Estates at Turtle Bay for many years and have never been disappointed.

Port Orchard, WABed Counts
Left on 04/09/2008 for a stay in November 2007
It would have been helpful knowing that one of the 'beds' in the bed count for the condo was an inflatable mattress. Luckily we had our teenage daughter this time who could manage. If it was grandma that would have been a big problem. Please be honest about the sleeping arrangements! Other than that it was great!
