My husband and i try and visit Kaikoura at least once a year. We live in Cairns australia.
I have lost count of the years we have been coming to this wonderful holiday flat.
last year we visited twice. we can't go pass staying at Marilyn and Jim's.
The easy walking access to all of the restaurants, seal colony, township, art deco movie theatre, museum and if you like walking you can just walk out the door and let your feet to the exploring.Wake up to the breathe taking mountain view or the ocean. Postion the chair to take in the view from the window while having breakfast. The wealth of local knowledge that Marilyn and Jim are happy to share is Exceptional.

We stayed two days and look foward to returning. Immaculate amenities and friendly informative helpful owners.The location is excellent for beach access, walks to local attractions including seal colony and Kaikoura township which is well set up for tourists .
Excellent value in a stunningly beautiful location.
