This spacious home is surrounded by exotic tropical gardens, and is just steps to Kailua's beautiful beach, 75 yards via private right of way. We offer a two bedroom rental unit that is private and independent of the main house. You are just steps to the beach, just 2 doors, or 75 yards via a private right of way.

This beach located property is a great place to stay. From the booking process to the interactions with the owner it was an easy process.
The facilities are great with plenty of room for a family and enough space to stretch out after a long day at the beach.
The easy stroll the beach makes it a pleasure to stay here where you can enjoy the long beach of Kailua -

Having recently returned from our holiday in Hawaii we are so missing Kailua and wish we were back! Our holiday was fantastic the apartment was a great place to stay it comfortably accommodated two adults and two children and was decorated in a fun Hawaiian way. The beach access was so close we walked every monring and the swimming was great. I would highly recommend Palione Place and Kailua, you felt like a local not a tourist we spent two weeks in Hawaii and didn't go near Waikiki! We will be back!

We could not even dream of a more perfect location to spend our vacation. We returned renewed. The beach access made us feel like one of the locals. We spent most of our days hanging out at the beach soaking in the most beautiful sunsets ever seen. Your guest home is a perfect destination for families to experience the total relaxation of Oahu. Thank you for sharing your paradise.

A wonderful Set-up for the 2 of us, Might've been a tad close for 2 couples unless they were very good friends. All the amenities were first rate, the location was very quiet and perfect for beach walkers, as well as close to town and restaurants by car or bike. The parking was a challenge and a bit tight, but certainly not impossible.

We spent a week here and the stay was terrific. It is a little tricky to find but once you get there it is very nice. The location is great - one house back from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded and the water is clear and warm. Kailua is small but charming with lots of restaurants and friendly people. It is located about thirty minutes from Honolulu but it felt a world away from the big city. It felt like we were staying where the locals lived. The apartment was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. One bedroom has its own bathroom while the other uses a bathroom at the bottom of the stairs which is a tiny hassle but not bad. In addition to a well appointed kitchen, plenty of towels and lots of stuff for the beach, the little things were nice as well. The owner was very nice and helpful and we would go back in a heartbeat. We had a great week.

We came directly to Kailua from the airport and found a lovely place, with all the conveniences. The unit is beautifully designed and decorated. We had privacy and quiet for our introduction to Oahu. The beach was a short walk away, and felt like our own, with very little traffic. Sunrise was glorious. The kitchen, baths, and appliances were top-notch and pristine.

This property is lovely and spacious inside, with a real feel of the ocean. It's a real beach house. The furnishings and amenities inside the home are all stylish and comfortable, they worked well for my hulking teenage boys. The unit sleeps six very comfortably. The owners are nearby but very low key. The only drawback is parking on the narrow beach road. This is the perfect spot for a group who can fit in one car.

Should we ever come back to Oahu (it's just so far...), we'd be staying here again. Kailua is a nice little town offering all amenities without crowds and the beach is just perfect for beach walks and small kids. None of the Oahu sights are really a long drive from Kailua.
The apartment is not exactly spacious but we were feeling comfortable with 4 adults and a toddler. It is beautifully decorated, clean, with updated bathrooms and equipped with everything you can think of exept for a dishwasher. The street is a quiet cul de sac, and the loudest noise you encounter will be the wind and waves, as there are only two other rows of houses towards the beautiful beach. Paying much more one would probably get more space, a detached house with terrace/garden and an ocean view, but this rental is good value for money. We felt very much at home. -

We loved our stay. Loved the location, Kailua is nice little town. Loved the beach (an easy, short walk). Owners were friendly and helpful. Rental was nicely decorated and comfortable. Easy access to H3 and east side of the island. We would stay here again.

We stayed at Palione Papalani for 12 days in June and absolutely loved our stay / trip. The unit is comfortable and well appointed. Its proximity to the beach is very convenient for spending the days at the beach, coming back for breaks, etc. We loved it!

This place was everything the ad said it would be...Great for our two boys and great for us-fully stocked kitchen,washer dryer etc and beautiful location !
