A peaceful six minute walk to the stunningly, beautiful Kailua Beach will leave you in a state of bliss. Indulge yourself in an array of beach activities including swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing and sunbathing as the tropical tradewinds pass by taking your worries with them.
Relax in a clean, comfortable "home away from home". We can house almost any need with our wide variety of accommodation options. The unit has a private entrance and bathroom.
The unit has a full kitchen, living room and dining area with jacuzzi tub in the bath. They both have large fully-equipped kitchenettes.

Just a 6-minute walk to Kailua Beach Park, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island; and a 10-minute walk to the commercial area with restaurants, a Whole Food store, drugstores, etc.
The large studio is nice, with new pergo-style woodgrain flooring. Kitchen nook with full-sized fridge, microwave (no range), sink & cupboards, and separate bathroom with shower (no tub). Besides the bed, there is a dinette set, couch, easy chair, & flat-screen TV.
Note: No credit cards accepted. -

The beach is better in Kailua than in Waikiki because the sand is so much softer and there are more palm trees and small islands nearby. Very scenic. Quick access to tourist destinations. Free parking at the beach as well, or a 5 minute walk from the house. Great shopping and food within a 5 minute drive. The house lets you rest but the best part of this location are the beaches and amenities nearby.

The location was unbelievable with great service. There were many fun activities for friends and family to do. The location was very close to the beach and the people there were outstanding. I would recommend anyone to stay here who would like to have a great and peaceful time.

Very friendly guest services, clean and affordable. It is only a 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach with a small (and tasty) market on the way. Very relaxing!

Definitely had one of the most fun experiences in my life with some of my best friends. I would definitely like to return to Kailua and stay in the rental units again! A perfect place to stay to walk to the beach and stay away from the crowds.

We had a wonderful stay with Brenda McCall and her rental houses. The kids loved the backyard to play in, as well as, the beach toys they could use at the beach. We stayed in the "cottage" and it met our every need. Slept 6 of us very comfortably. Kailua had by far the best beach we visited!! Local restaurants were excellent and grocery shopping was very close. We would without a doubt stay with Brenda again in a heartbeat. It was difficult to leave. Thank you, Brenda, for a very enjoyable and relaxing trip to Hawaii that we will remember forever!

I would highly recommend staying here in Kailua. It was convenitnt to shops, beach, etc., and it was very peaceful. The rooms are a nice size, and it is like staying at a home away from home.

When I went to Kailua for my best friend's wedding, I found Kay's Vacation Rentals not only reasonably priced, comfortable and accomodating, but also incredibly well located. A five minute walk to the beach, the market, wonderful restaurants and surfboard rentals, we were in heaven. This was the perfect place for us to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Now that I've been back from our vacation for almost a month now, it still seems like just yesterday we were making the short walk from the house to the beautiful (picturesque) beaches of Kailua.
Not only were the beaches amazing, but the accommodations were equally as good. Brenda, sure made us feel like we were at home whenever we needed anything. I would refer Kay's Vacations to anyone who's looking for a vacation that they'll remember forever.
