Beautiful spacious remodeled villa set on the Keauhou Golf Course with gorgeous views of the fairways and mountains beyond. Relax in privacy on the comfortable large lanai, grill out on the BBQ. or just take in the quiet of the evening. This unit can be rented as a 1 bedroom (with a king bed) or 2 bedroom. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, upstairs in a very large loft with its own private bath. The large gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking and includes a full size washer and dryer. Booking with Sunquest was quick, easy and efficient. Their staff was responsive to all our questions and they were very knowledgeable about this property.
The condo was beautiful, tastefully decorated in the island style and had everything one would need. It can be rented as a one bedroom or two bedroom as there is a beautiful loft with queen size bed and a new full bathroom. Downstairs is the main bedroom and full bath and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. It has a huge dining area with a very large wooden dining room set. Our favorite feature was the lanai which has a partial view of the ocean and overlooks the golf course. We had breakfast there every morning and it was a wonderful way to start the day.
The property itself is in a great location. Very quiet and with all the usual features of a big resort but with a small quiet feel to it. It is directly across from the Keahou Shopping Center but it is high up on the hill so there is no traffic or noise. It has several good restaurants, a drug store, a supermarket and a movie theater. It also has some nice shops. Keahou is just about 20 minutes south of the airport and very easily accessible. It's just a short drive to downtown Kona if you want some excitement.
All in all, it was a perfect place to stay and, hopefully, we will be visiting there soon. Mahalo!
