Eugene, OregonGreat place!

We have stayed at Banyan #405 a number of times and hope to continue staying there on our trips to the Kailua-Kona area. Our most recent stay was for two weeks. The unit is well-maintained, clean and comfy. The location fits nicely with our activity preferences and allows for scenic, ocean view down time. The elevator is a definite plus.

Banyan Tree #405 was everything the pictures promised - right on the ocean, wonderfully appointed with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, washer/dryer, wi-fi, and a starter supply of household items. We were so comfortable, it was hard to leave the condo at all during our stay.

You will not want to leave this finely appointed condo. This is a home not a rental with a large two slider lanai overlooking a beautiful beach front with surfers to watch and photograph. Looking directly west allows you to view beautiful sunsets every evening. Nothing was missing . . . except for a complete elevator code on our arrival documents. SunQuest should remember to add a "#" key at the end of the numbers or you'll need to wait for another resident to come by. We did enjoy the house pet who greeted us. We named the Praying Mantis "Omar".

Great views of the ocean, sea turtles and surfers. The condo was filthy. Dishes were dirty, there was a sticky substance on the contertops, and we found a small container in between the sheets. Hence, we spent the first few hours of our trip cleaning! I'm sure there are better places to stay.

Akron, OhExcellent stay at Banyan Tree #405
Left on 09/14/2011 for a stay in September 2011
The condo was exactly as pictured. Really nice updates in kitchen and bathrooms.
All the condos here have a full ocean front view that can't be beat. It's our second time in this building and would definitely come back.
It has no a/C and can get a bit warm in the afternoon, but with the windows open it cools off really quickly in the evening. -

Stillwater, OkWonderful Honeymoon Stay
Left on 05/25/2011 for a stay in May 2011
This is a perfect place to spend some honeymoon nights! It was right on the ocean, which is a must for me. It has been updated and is lovely inside. The only problems that I had with this condo is the wireless is password protected and the password was not in the condo. There is no aC which would be a problem if it was late summer. Also the towels smell really musty. But the postives trump the negs.

This was a great place to stay for a wonderful trip. The condo had everything you need was very clean and up to date. It has a the feel of a small personal home as it only has a few condos. It's close to everything and has a great view from the lanai.Sunquest was very good to work with and were very helpful

canmore, abBanyan Tree 405 - a wonderful unit
Left on 07/23/2009 for a stay in June 2009
A lovely, well appointed unit. This was a two bedroom unit but we only use the one room. The second room is at the front and may have a little more noise coming off Ali Dr. In the ocean side room no road noise is heard at all. Has a great lania over looking the ocean and one can watch surfers all day from there. The pool is good but is not open until 9am each morning.
A little too far to walk into town for morning coffee's but right close to several good beach access points.
We would definately stay in this unit again if we were to return to the Big Island. -

Left on 03/23/2009 for a stay in October 2008
My husband and I have stayed at this specific condo a number of times. It's fantastic! Everything you need, wonderful lanai, incredible sunset views over the water, great watching the surfers, and convenient to white sands beach, where we often walk. Don't miss Jackie Reys restaurant, it's also amazing, a locals spot.
