From my first contact with Sunquest, we were given great service. #218 met our every expectation and more. My wife was extremely happy. We loved being close to the ocean and hearing the sounds of the ocean and being able to see the waves from our patio. Every amenity was available at the condo and the salt water pool was amazing.
We had one issue with the alarm going off when the cleaning lady came in, but it was quickly resolved when I called Sunquest and they came in and replaced the battery. The only thing that we found difficult was getting our things from the car to the condo - a bit awkward. Also, it was difficult for us to pick up the key and drop it off. Would have been much better if we could have picked it up at the resort. -

#218's location is so nice! Love being so close to the ocean. The view is like a living canvas...very dream-like. Complex has a/c but you can open the doors and windows and have a wonderful cross breeze which allows you to hear the surf as you fall asleep!
The only thing I would change would be to upgrade the king size mattress to a plush pillowtop highend king Serta...
This unit is a bit of a walk from the parking lot so moving luggage/baggage can be a workout. -

The unit has all the amenities you will ever need. A well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, extra beach towells and tons of books. This was our second time and we stayed a full month! Only 2.5 miles from the Village means it convenient to shopping, etc.
There was considerable construction underway during our stay but SunQuest offered a refund in recognition of the inconveniences we experienced.
Would definitely return to the unit after the construction is finished. -

We weren't too sure about Casa de Emdeko. A bit difficult to unload our gear and groceries but we figured out we could back down the service road and that helped. The unit has a great view and we enjoyed the deck so much. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the unit was furnished nicely. The only real complaint had to do with remants of carpet cleaning. There was a distinct ammonia smell when we arrived. Febreeze and some airing out took care of that after a few days. The saltwater pool was wonderful. We had hoped to be able to snorkel off of the rocks in front but decided it would be too dangerous (we aren't 20 anymore!). We did see a manta come in at night to scoop plankton and spinner dolphins several mornings going by. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. 218 was extremely well equipped and had a magnificent view. The only problem was the construction taking place upstairs. They started moving around at 5:30 each morning, even on Saturday and about 7:30 the noise started. When they finish that job, I would definitely come back.
