The one bedroom condo at Kona alii #209 was a perfect fit for me and my husband. The condo was spacious and offered everything we needed to include washer and dryer, and large lani overseeing the swimming pool. Our view of the ocean was lovely, and wihout all the clatter from being directly on alii Drive. The staff at SunQuest Vacations were gracious and helpful. I recommend their services.

Nice clean comfortable place. Well equipped with everything you need. Conveniently located to the main city center of Kona with a great ocean backdrop. Nice pool and property. Quiet
Service from Sun Quest was timely, effective and easy to deal with. All the details that you needed were available and provided well in advance of the travel date.
Like the location and amenities of the accommodation. Kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating, but were fine overall. Bbq arrangements were inconvenient and it would be good to have a fitness center in the complex. -

Good parking and security procedures.
The design of the building captures the trade winds perfectly for nice cool nights.

Great location, close to downtown but set back far enough to be quiet. Condo clean and nice. No holdover condiments (salt, cooking oil, etc) and dishwasher needed repair. Smoker next door was annoyance, but OK when we closed door and windows. Some ants.
