Thank you for letting us change to unit 302 for our sixteen day stay. This was our third visit to Kona working with Sunquest. The service we receive has been exceptional and we look forward to our return visit. The unit was very private and a wonderful home away from home experience.

Great place to stay. Will definitely stay there again. Our 1yr old grandson loved to play on the Lanai. He took his first steps there.kitchen was fully equipped, washer and dryer was very handy. Neighbors were extremely nice. The fact tat it slees 6 was one of the reasons we choose it.

We love the Kona Nalu - this is our 5th stay in this complex, different unit each time. Unbeatable view - love the location. It would have been handy to have a mop or swiffer for the kitchen floors as they had food spills on the flooy - but overall we love the place. Maybe housekeeping was rushed before our arrival. Second bedroom ceiling fan needs replaced or repaired - loose, wiggles and is noisy and you really need it on for cooling and to block out street noise. But the location is paradise and we will be back.

The condo is outdated and wasn't very clean. It is a higher price unit but compared to others in the complex it is not a very good value because it has not been updated.

We were very happy with our lodging at #302. Beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and loved the spacious lanai. Whenever we found ourselves at the condo we spent our time on the lanai. Plenty of room to eat at the table inside or outside.

This condo is more spacious than shown in the picture. We were very pleased with the layout and large lanai, as well as the location. Air conditioning is a plus as the afternoon on Kona coast can get humid and hot. We also enjoyed watching the birds feeding below, the ocean and the sunset right from the lanai. It can be quite noisy at night with the ocean surf crushing on one side and alii drive on the other. A few things rusted in the condo and are in need of repair, which is expected when living by the sea. The sliding door to the lanai unfortunately latched on its own and locked us out on the lanai once. We are grateful for the SunQuest on call staff who came to rescue us back in.

Beautiful location with ocean front lanai. Enjoyed Kona Nalu 302 very much. We would return in a second. The rental included everything we needed... full kitchen, spacious living room (with pullout couch) and dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, a/c, plenty of closet and storage space, linens, beach items, and plenty of amenities. We practically lived on the lanai; it was magnificent! The only drawback... the second bedroom fronts alii Drive, which is quite busy, so it can be quite noisy.

Good location with an excellent ocean view. Big place with a huge balcony. Rental property management was easy to deal with. Had all the amenities and comfortably slept 4 people. Two problems, the front door was difficult to lock and unlock, and the place had roaches.
