Incredible ocean front location with gorgeous views of the Kona Coast. Enjoy the private lanai while you take in the ocean activities or dine while watching the sunset. This one bedroom 1 bath unit offers a vintage Hawaii style decor and comes complete with, king sized bed in the bedroom and a new (1/11) sofa sleeper and TV in the nice sized living room. This condo has a beautiful view from a small lanai. It is well maintained though basic in its amenities. The bedroom, located in the back of the condo , can be noisy at night depending upon the neighbors. At times it sounded like the song, Cocktails for Two."

Wonderful setting on the water. Listening to the waves from the unit providing great tranquility. Although the unit may be a little dated in decor it is traditionally Hawaiian. Very peaceful, private setting.

We have enjoyed 1303 for ten years. Our only concern is that we are getting old and getting up three flights of stairs is getting difficult. We hope we can get help with our luggage when we arrive next year (2013).

We booked this condo from SunQuest Vacations' website. The website is probably the best among its kind, containing plenty of photos and offering a very smooth booking process. Subsequent email communication is prompt and to the point. The check-in and check-out process is a bit complicated as you will need to drive back and forth between the condo facility and management office, which are 2+ miles apart.
The condo itself is excellent. Directly facing the ocean with minimum obstruction. Has plenty of beach and snorkeling gears. The location is not too far nor too close to downtown Kona. The wall is not very thick but during the time we stayed (two weeks before Christmas) we did not hear much noise from our neighbors.
Considering the price this is a very solid 5-star value for people seeking a getaway on the big island. -

The owner of this condo is truly trusting in the manner in which the kitchen has been fitted out and the furnishing provided. She has left a small but interesting library for guests. She has also been generous with the beach equipment she provided. The condo has been tastefully decorated. Very little in comforts could be added to make for an ideal vacation. carpet on the lanai is an unfortunate choice.
This is our 6th stay at Sea Village and would choose this condo above any other. -

Phyllis and I have stayed in Sea Village 1303 for 7 out of the last 8 Years. In over 10 visits to Hawaii we consider Kona and 1303 Sea Village our favorites in Hawaii.
Our only complaint is the inconvenience of having to return the key to the office on our way to the airport. It adds at least 15 minutes to the trip...John Reed
