Located directly across the street from White Sands beach, it's only a quick walk to all the ocean activities! This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is situated only 1 unit from the end nearest the ocean side and offers guest plenty of room for a long awaited family vacation. Condo now has high speed wireless internet!
Enjoy its very nice partial ocean views from the large lanai, inside offers, central A/C, tile floors, ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room, 1 king bed and 2 twins, and a large fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances.

This rental is in a great location and has a great onsite pool and hot tub. We spent a lot of time at the pool this year as White Sands beach was washed away. I would say this vacation rental unit has all the necessities but could use a little updating.

Clean, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, with partial ocean view. Location is great, across the street is white sands beach and if this does not appeal to you then the pool and courtyard are great. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers; the condo met our needs and we enjoyed our stay there. Only drawback is check in. Having to go to the Sunquest Office after hours and arriving to find only 1 key and no pool key. To get additional keys meant another trip to Sunquest office during business hours(3 days later); and pool key was only available by the property manager and again 1 key available as others from previous use had not handed in key. Suggest having a lock box on condo unit like others we saw to avoid further frustration upon arrival 1 key for a family of 4 is not convenient at all.

rental set up online involves alot of faxing of paperwork to set up payment. Keys have to be picked up and dropped off at 2 different locations that are not close or convenient to condo. Condo office is open very short time each day. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Location is far from main part of town so driving is a must for groceries, entertainment or resturants. Beach is across the street. Pool and grounds are very nice.

My family rented this and two other condos in the same complex and all were clean and well furnished. We appreciated the air-conditioning on humid August nights, and with White Sands beach just across the street, the location was highly convenient. All this and the reasonable price made the White Sands condos a great value.
