Located directly across the street from White Sands Beach Park, this wonderfully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers guests partial ocean views and is conveniently located near the tennis courts, yet only a short walk to all the ocean activities. Newer furniture, spacious comfortable surroundings and, very well maintained this unit has much to offer. Central A/C, washer and dryer, 1 queen, 2 twins and a sofa bed a large well appointed kitchen and large lanai, makes this a perfect vacation spot for families or couples. Tax #W01724478

Spent 10 days in Kona with our family of 4. This was a perfect spot. Right across the street from a gorgeous beach--loved looking at the color of the water there every morning! Very quiet condo. Has its own parking space with it. Absolutely fabulous. No regrets and we all hope to go back again!!

We had a great stay in 226. It was a very nice Condo nicely decorated with all the amenities. The living room and kitchen were large and open. The master bedroom was large with access to the lanai. My only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom was old lumpy, but the other bedds were more comfortable. From the lanai you could veiw the ocean and the mountain side. Very short walk to Sandy beach and a short drive to another beach that had great snorkeling. The complex had a nice recreation area with a pool table, grills, salt water pool and a small hot tub.I would recommend a car, short drive to all the action, but too far to walk and the bus not to reliable.

Very comfortable, had everything we needed, lots of space, nice location. Great atmosphere. Washer and dryer were so nice to have. Beach items were great!
Room to improve, the carpet was dirty and the master bed had little support. Unit should have a lockbox instead of traveling to pick up keys and drop off keys -

Could not be happier with the condo, Very Clean, well organized, up to date with everything, had additional toys for the beach which was right across the street, management company was easy to deal with. Location is great and very close to everything, we rented scooters which made life easier on ali drive. I would highly recommend this vacation rental not only to friends but to those that are interested in staying in Kona.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed for 5 nights in June. We found the condo well set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site facilities were good, although we didn't have the right shoes to use the tennis courts, much to the disappointment of our kids. The communal library was an unexpected bonus, and the kids enjoyed playing pool and catching up on Facebook and their e-mails in the rec area where there was Wifi. Being able to walk to the beach was handy. We had a problem with the clothes dryer however Sun Quest were great and we understand it was going to be replaced. It is a bit of a hike up the stairs to the condo and also from the lift. When we first arrived there was some confusion as they keys had a different number to the unit number (which was written on the envelope), lucky the people in the unit we were trying to get into weren't home at the time. All in all a great location and a well set up condo.
