This was our first time to book accommodations privately through the owner. We were nervous but when we got to Hawaii we were so pleased. The townhouse itself is roomy and very comfortable. With 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms our children got their own room and bath (very nice). The townhouse was clean, nicely decorated and had all the cookware we needed for our stay. It is a short walk to Keahou Centre where there is a grocery store, drug store, subway, and movie theatre. We were a 2 minute drive to one of the best snorkling beaches and 5 minutes from a white sand beach with great waves for boogie boarding and body surfing. The pool at the complex was great and a daily feature for us. We were central to everything and a quick drive in to town. We will definitely stay here again and are recommending this townhouse to friends and family.

Excellent condo, great location for the family, very clean and nicely decorated. We have rented places in Kona for our family before but this is by far the nicest.

This is a spetacular townhouse with a view to die for. Sit on the patio any time of day and watch the whales play; see the cruise ships come and go along with the charter fishing and dive boats. With a western view and nothing but blue Pacific separating you and Japan, the sunsets and rainbows will take your breath away. Conveniently located at the end of alii Drive it's away from the traffic in a residential setting yet within a short drive of everything Kona has to offer. It's a secure gated property that is quiet and well maintained with the swimming pool located just below the unit. With three bedrooms and three full baths there is plenty of privacy within the unit and room to stretch. It's nicely furnished and equiped with anything one would need for any length of stay. We rented the unit for twelve weeks in both 2008 and 2009 and would do so again if the opportunity presented itself.

This condo is top notch! It was ready-to-go, very clean, and comfortable. The accommodations are well appointed and this condo has everything available that you will need during your stay. The location is also convenient; only a 2-minute drive to one of the best family snorkeling spots in Kailua Kona as well as nearby restaurants and a grocery store. Sunset-viewing from this condo is a daily luxury that should not be missed and can be done from the private lanai while barbequing and enjoying a cool drink. Kudos all around!

This is a newer condo. The rooms were very spacious; I thought I was in the master bedroom and it was one of the other bedrooms. The home seems to have all custom features; like a model home, granite counters and stainless appliances. Great view of the ocean, close to restaurants, shopping & the grocery store. Very convenient. Loved it. I will stay there again. Thanks.
