We loved the condo. It had everything to make your vacation a wonderful trip, except the fridge acted out on our last two days that left us drank warm beer and lost all the left over. The best about this one was the location with beautiful ocean view from the lanai, the deck from upstair and no other condos behind. You will have lots of privacy except the next door to you. The service from the rental management was great. We plan to come back real soon to this one. We missed the dinners and family gathers watching sunset. Please don't let the pics on the Vrbo fool you. Those did not do the justice. We did not plan to book it, but just gave it a try and did not regret at all. Hope the fridge was replaced. This wa the sixth time we came back to this island.

We were lucky to be able to stay in this town home for 12 days this Sept/Oct. This town home was one of the nicest vacation rentals we ever stayed in. The house was very nicely decorated with high end furniture, very comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The patios were great to have meals on and watch sunsets. The closet downstairs also provides some nice amenities like a cooler and boogie boards. The property was very quiet when we were staying there. The location is also great. You are close to markets, snorkeling, beeches and in the perfect spot to explore north or south along the coastline. Arrival was easy with the property management company and the townhouse is well maintained so we had no reason to call them. Next time we head back to Kona, this will be the first place we try to rent.

The condo we rented through SunQuest was absolutely beautiful. They must have had an interior designer as the place was great, the views beautiful from the lani's. The staff at SunQuest were very helpful through emails and gave great directions to their office to get the keys to the condo. The condo was very clean and quiet. I would recommend Na Hale Condo's to everyone. We were 10-20 min away from the town of Kailua, beaches, and lots of fun.

We stayed for one week, and were pleased with the style and amenities of the property. As another renter has mentioned, there were a variety of beach and picnic supplies available in the downstairs closet that we borrowed for various day trips. The shopping center was close by (a steep walk uphill) but had the basic shopping needs you would want. Sam Choy's restaurant there served up a great evening meal.
The unit is managed by a Sun Quest vacations agency, so you need to pickup and drop off keys at their office a few miles away (on the way to/from the airport). Parking at the SunQuest office is tricky (at an intersection) so it is best to park at the building next door and walk over.
Overall, we were happy with our choice of Na Hale O Keauhou N4. -

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay ath Na Hale O Keauhou N4. The home was clean and offered all the amenities we were looking for. The service we recieved from the rental office was pleasant, helpful, and prompt in responding. We would definelty rent here again when we return!

This condo is wonderful! Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, full kitchen with everything you could need, beautiful lanai overlooking the ocean and a location that is very close to everything while still being very quiet and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed and would rent again. Wifi password didn't work but there was a jack for hi speed internet.

We rented the Na Hale condo for 6 nights. The staff at SunQuest were friendly and helpful while making our reservation. When we arrived, we were amazed by how nice and well equipped the condo was. The area was beautiful and we had a view that was to die for.
We only had slight problems with the property management. We noticed a day or two into the stay that the fire alarm in the Queen bedroom was leaking water. This deeply concerned us as it was an electrical issue that had the potential of being hazardous to us and damaging to the property. We called the emergancy contact and reported the issue. The agent didn't seem to feel this was a big issue and even asked us at one point to take the alarm off of the ceiling to see where the water might be coming from. We told her that we were not comfortable with that. She said that she would call somebody and let us know but did not ask our name or number. We called about 15 minutes later to see if someone had been reached and we were informed that it wan't an issue and that someone would be out the next day to fix it. The maintenence staff was friendly and efficient and dealt with the issue and a few others we had found upon inspection. The mild issue of the leaking alarm was resolved, but we did not apprectiate the run around.
Thank you for the wonderful stay!! We hope to return in the future.

This newer condo made our vacation very comfortable. There was lots of space, a great view of the ocean (gorgeous sunsets), a well stocked kitchen and convenient laundry, very secure complex, a quick 15 minute walk to great snorkeling, and attentive management. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and there are ceiling fans for additional comfort. The garage was stocked with some toys/cooler/beach umbrella, etc. It was 5 miles to 'downtown' Kona, and very convenient walk/drive to the KTa grocery store.
If the owner was add anything, I would suggest leaving the garage remote for guest use, since the condo is advertised as having a garage. -

We really enjoyed our stay here. Good location in Keauhou, very modern and updated interior, with central air. Very quiet complex, we never heard anyone next door.
Would definitely stay here again!
