It has the largest kitchen of any condo in Alii Villas and the largest bedroom of any one bedroom condo in the complex.

Ask about last minute specials for windows between guests. Reservation requires $300 security deposit within 7 days of making the reservation. Deposit is refundable within 14 days of departure. Final payment is due 60 days prior to reservation date. Travel insurance highly recommended. We do our best to rent any cancellations. FYI, we have never had to hold any deposits or payments for cancellations...this is a very popular condo and very convenient to everything. Everyone has been very respectful of our home.
Credit Cards accepted - add 3.5% processing fee (MC, DISC, VISA) and Paypal - International add 5% conversion fee if not in US funds.

Our condo was amazing!! Elegant, clean, walking distance to town and overlooking the ocean. The owners were wonderful, they helped us plan our week making sure we got to see everything that Kona had to offer. We could not have asked for any better. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Extremely clean, modern and well equipped in a quiet, well managed complex, yet within walking distance of the shops and bistros of ali'i Drive. When a change from the warm weather was required, a short, scenic drive into the mountains produced a welcome respite.

We stayed for 1 week in January. The new owners, Gene and Charlie, were wonderful hosts and could not do enough to be helpful. The condo is immaculate, clean, and has a lovely lanai for a front-row seat when watching those spectacular Kona sunsets. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, and you have everything you need (and more) for making meals "at home." Very quiet at night. Furniture was very comfortable, too. All the condos at alii Villas are situated at an angle so that you are not looking straight across at another condo. The complex is very pleasant and convenient to everything.

On our arrival, it was cooler than usual, but perfect for us to get used to the warmer weather. We stayed at the Alii Villas and had a great one bedroom condo. Perfect for the two of us. The place was clean, comfortable and had a nice lanai for our meals with a great ocean view.
We visited Akaka Falls, the lookout, ate Malasada's at Tex's Drive-In, made the trip to Hilo for lunch, and saw some amazing beaches. We saw lot's of animals: wild turkey's, lava goats, mongoose's, and many wonderful birds.
It was a really relaxing vacation and looking forward to our next visit. We would highly recommend the Alii Villas for others to stay at.

We stayed for a week at the condo and really enjoyed our time there. The condo itself is very nice. It's roomy, well-decorated, well-equipped, and quiet. The grounds are kept nicely, the building is right by the ocean, and it's walking distance to downtown. The condo has all sorts of extra items, such as a cooler, snorkeling equipment, beach mats, music CDs, coffee filters, and so on. The owners really have thought of everything. We really enjoyed our breakfasts on the lanai, which looks over the pool and has glimpses of the ocean. We'd stay there again any time.
