The Oceanfront view from the lanai is awsome! It does not get any better than this at a very affordable price. The ideal location is just 2 1/2 miles down Alii Drive from Kailua-Kona or Keauhou; close to shopping and the action if you want it and just far enough away for peace and quiet. You are within half a mile of White Sands Beach and 2 miles from the great swimming/snorkeling area of Kahaluu Beach Park. Scuba diving and fishing is close by with commercial operations in Kailua-Kona.

Our 1215 square foot, two bedroom, two bath, condo with fully equipped, large kitchen and lanai, is just across the street from the ocean, a great place to walk and explore. Your accommodations will sleeps six. Air conditioning is available for a fee of $10/day but really not needed, as there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. I prefer to open the back door and all the windows and let the mountain and ocean breezes blow through for natural cooling. NO Smoking in the unit or on the Lanai. The view from the Lanai is awesome.

Add state tax of 13.25%. $100 cleaning fee for stays of less than 10 days.

  We loved our stay in this condo. It is probably a bit far out from Kona for those without a car however there are shuttles going past. We had a car so it was no issue. The condo is roomy and comfortable. It pretty much had everything we needed including snorkling gear which our son enjoyed! Would have been nice to have had a few more toiletries left such as suncream, shampoo, hair products such as we have found in other condos left by previous guests so that you do not need to buy, but this is minor. It was a great spot for viewing the Ironman run and was accessible (just) on race day meaning we could get back for lunch etc and back out again to see the finish. The view was wonderful of the sea and it was a short drive up to a great snorkling beach where we came close to turtles and many tropical fish. Thanks Bill!
