Stay in beautiful Kona,Hawaii. This is a 1 bedroom, with a brand new Cal King Bed, 1 bathroom, fully furnished condo at the Kona Reef on the top floor. This unit sits above the water edge with a 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean.
One block from the Kona Village, where it's an easy 5 minute walk to your favorite shops or restaurants, or you can drive 4 miles to one of the best snorkel beaches in Kona, and adjacent next door to Honl's Beach, one of Kona's favorite Surfing & Boogie Board Areas.

Palm SpringsPerfect Vacation in Kona! Best Location and Oceanfront!

This was the perfect location for us. We could walk to town and all the restaurants, bars, etc. With parking at a premium in Kona this was a real plus. The direct location on the ocean was superb.
The furnishings were all very nice. The amenities included a vast aray of toys and beach supplies. We used the ice chests, the chairs, the umbrella, the snorkel gear, and the very good beach towels. All very thougthful on the owner's part.
Kitchen was very well stocked. Even had two martini glasses and two wine glasses! Good knives, plenty of plates and dishes, and even cling wrap for us to use!
I must say the bed was outstanding. Most times one expects a cheaper version in a rental. This is a good bed.
All good, and we had a wonderful stay. We hope to visit this condo again one day soon.

The best part of staying here is the sound of the ocean and the view from the balcony. It is especially nice to be on the top floor without having to walk up lots of steps to get there. We had Java sparrows visit in the morning looking for breakfast. They are beautifully marked and I appreciated their company. The weather in the summer is much nicer than I anticipated with a nice ocean breeze cooling the air most of the time. The ceiling fans provide air circulation and there was never a need for air-conditioning though the temp was 90 degrees. 5 stars!

We have stayed in the condo 2-3 times in the past..love the location, amenities, etc. However the condo is getting run down and needs some serious cleaning and updating..i.e. the bathroom, kitchen..probably won't come back until some work is done...

Plans for complete Bathroom & Bedroom remodel possibly this fall. Kitchen may have to wait until next summer!
