Description

STRV-19-347215. This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, direct oceanfront corner unit with one of the largest lanais in Kona. It's located at mile marker 2.8 on Ali'i Drive. The unit was recently remodeled including kitchen, bathrooms, living & dining areas, and bedrooms. It sleeps 5 comfortably. It has windows on three sides lending to a bright, airy feel and boasts beautiful sunset & ocean views. It is steps from the most famous surf spot on the Big lsland - Banyans. You can spot dolphins, turtles, and whales from the lanai. There is a pool, jacuzzi, and barbeque area overlooking the ocean and the building is serviced by both stairs and an elevator, making it convenient for elderly and children. Aircon in both rooms and main living area along with new flooring throughout has been installed in August of 2017. STRV-19-347215. Please support legally operating businesses. We are a no smoking or drone use property.

Getting around

A car is the best way to get around. There is a shuttle that runs from the Pier at mile marker 0 to the Sheraton Keauhou at mile marker 6 along Ali'i Drive. From 9-9 each day.

You'll be given a complete set of directions to the condo, parking, lock box code, wifi, etc...upon final payment. Additionally I am available by phone/text/email to answer your questions and address any issues 24/7 along with a list of other contacts should I be unavailable.

How do damage deposits work?

If Kyle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
