STRV-19-347215. This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, direct oceanfront corner unit with one of the largest lanais in Kona. It's located at mile marker 2.8 on Ali'i Drive. The unit was recently remodeled including kitchen, bathrooms, living & dining areas, and bedrooms. It sleeps 5 comfortably. It has windows on three sides lending to a bright, airy feel and boasts beautiful sunset & ocean views. It is steps from the most famous surf spot on the Big lsland - Banyans. You can spot dolphins, turtles, and whales from the lanai. There is a pool, jacuzzi, and barbeque area overlooking the ocean and the building is serviced by both stairs and an elevator, making it convenient for elderly and children. Aircon in both rooms and main living area along with new flooring throughout has been installed in August of 2017. STRV-19-347215. Please support legally operating businesses.
