From the spacious lanai you can enjoy you morning coffee or afternoon cocktails in a park-like setting on with views of the Kona Country Club Ocean Course. Well furnished with a fully equipped kitchen this unit is the perfect vacation home. Very Nice Rental, clean, and well taken care of. It fit my families needs during our visit. Sitting out on the back lanai with the Fairway view down to the ocean was relaxing. Kids liked the pool too. Rental management folks very nice and easy to work with. Will stay here again if opportunity permits.

We had a group of six and stayed at this condo during Ironman week. The place was clean, well maintained and quite spacious. We never felt like we were on top of each other and the 3 bathrooms were definitely a plus when everyone wanted to get ready at the same time. It was a little far from the pier and most of the pre-race activity but it was also nice to have a little peace and quiet. I enjoyed running down to the old "Pit" and to the water accesses and rock "cliffs" around Keauhou Bay.

We recently had a family vacation and stayed in this rental. It was extremely clean and perfect for our family of six! The bathrooms were big and the floorplan was open and welcoming. We had breakfast every morning on the lanai as we watched golfers on the golf course. We found so many cool beaches and sights minutes from our condo. This complex is private and cozily tucked away, yet so close to the trendy, beachy downtown Kona. We absolutely love the option of three pools; our favorite was the ocean pool that overlooked the beautiful Pacific. Listening to the waves crash as we relaxed and read poolside was priceless! We are most definitely going back to this unit. Thank you so much Bob and Virginia for creating such a warm and inviting rental!
