Great condo- plenty of supplies in kitchen for actually cooking. Location about 10 min south of the main tourist area of kona. Nice and quiet, beautiful view.

My husband and I along with another couple, rented this condo during the final week of our 3 week vacation. It was wonderful. The view is spectacular for watching the sunset every evening. Nice and quiet. 3 pools, 2 of which of hot tubs are located in different areas throughout the complex. The king sized beds were very comfortable. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, as well as a blender, toaster etc. It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer to do laundry after moving around for 2 weeks. The condo was very clean and well organized. There was even a pair of binoculars to watch the whales in the bay! The only small down fall I would say is the white short shag carpet and the tile counter in the kitchen are a little outdated, but that would not stop us from renting this unit again. I would definitely recommend this unit. Great for two couples, might be a little quiet for kids. A vehicle would be a must for this location as well, not within close walking distance to any beach.....a good 20 min walk. There is a mall close by for groceries, drug store and cineplex.

Property was what we expected. Clean, comfortable, roomy with a great view, especially of the ocean sunsets. Furnishings, bed's etc were good. Really nice to have a full kitchen and washer & drier. Little extras like the tour books, miscellaneous items like cleaners, were appreciated. Kitchen utensils were adequate, but knives were dull and we could have used a mixer. The (very cheap) paper towel hanger broke on our last night and we had to replace it.
Overall, the property was what we expected and we have no complaints. We would rent form Kona Coast again! -

The condo was really nice and the view was really amazing. It was great waking up every morning looking at the golf course and the ocean. The view was spectacular. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were great. It was very handy having the grocery store up the street. The condo development was in a great location, was very quiet and the grounds were beautiful. We had great weather during our stay. We visited Hapuna Beach almost every day as it is definitely the best sandy beach on the island for swimming.
