We stayed april 5-13, 2013, and found a perfect getaway! The condo is nicely appointed, with comfortable furnishings, warm colors and upgraded appliances. The location is truly spectacular, just 1.5 miles from Town, with waves crashing on the lava rock mere feet from the lanai. The views are unsurpassed, with plenty of water activities to observe as well. Fabulous sunsets every night! We contacted abbey Vacation Rentals to report an issue with the dishwasher and garbage disposal, and they responded immediately. We came back from having lunch in town, and the items were repaired, and in perfect working order.
With kids and grandkids living on the island, we found this condo large enough for family dinners and entertaining, yet cozy and quiet for the two of us after the kids' visit.
This was our first experience with Flip Key, and abbey Vacation Rentals, and we would highly recommend both to anyone! As for Unit 314 at Sea Cliff Estates, we have found our new favorite place! -

We absolutely loved everything about this place from the beautiful lanais and views to the best location for being close to Kona but not too close. The indoor space was terrific and comfortable but the outdoor spaces made the place wonderful! The amenities included a beautiful and uncrowded pool and an outdoor ping pong table that my boys loved. It was easy to check in and out of and the service we received was great. When can we go back?!

This is a great location with an unbeatable view! There are two large balconies with full ocean views. You can do nothing but sit outside listening to the waves and be content. Inside, it's clean and inviting.

The condo was amazing. It's a great layout with two master bedrooms that are both very private. I spent as much time as possible on the gorgeous lanai. We also enjoyed participating in the property events such as an outdoor movie night, lei making class and hula dance lesson. The kitchen is well stocked, the washer and dryer were very helpful. It was everything we hoped for an more! Would love to go back again!

I would recommend everything about this place...the location and view, the decor, even the refrigerator! Also the parking, the rental agency (extremely nice and patient people), even the staff at the front desk, even though we weren't renting from them! wish we could have stayed a month! also, loved the keyless entry!
