Aloha, our beach condo #216 is right in downtown Kailua-Kona with p...rivate access sunning beach. We offer beautiful, clean and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. Our pool-view studio is 400 sq. ft. or 37 sq. mt. plus private sunlight-dappled lanai with padded swivel rockers and padded bench.. Most suitable for 2 adults or a family of 4 sleeping in a queen-size bed suitable for 2 adults and a queen-size sofa bed suitable for up to 2 children.

Kailua-Kona was the favorite vacation retreat of the royalty of Old Hawaii called the Ali’i. These kings and queens lived at the Hulihe’e Palace in Kailua-Kona to get away from the stresses of their daily duties of the royal Hawaiian court. Their palace is now a museum of royal antiquities, which is just a short stroll from the condo down Ali’i Drive, the beach road. Seaside beach condo resort in the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona, Kona Coast, Big Island, Hawaii, USA only 7 miles from Kona International Airport.

Your comfortable condo and quiet setting are your personal retreat yet you have all the fun of downtown waiting for you just outside the resort's garden gate on Ali'i Drive beach road. You will discover the Kona Farmer's Market less than a block away for fresh fruit and vegetables, exotic flowers and authentic Hawaiian souvenirs and gifts. There is excellent shopping, restaurants, bars, nightlife and a myriad of tourist activities just a short stroll on either side of the resort. There are many historical churches within a short stroll, all very interesting. For only a couple dollars each way you can take an open-air trolley, The Honu Express, up and down Ali'i Drive through town between shopping malls stopping along the way at different beaches and shops en-route. You can see the sights in town while doing some shopping or getting out to do some snorkeling at one of the many bays! It's a fun way to get around!

  I recently stayed for a week in condo # 216 , which is a privately owned condo and I loved it. I found their place to be clean and comfortable with nice furnishings, well equipped kitchenette, very comfy bed, and a fantastic pool view lit up with tiki torches at night. Their condo is in the perfect location in Kailua Kona with lots to do and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The pool was clean and inviting and I would return to #216 in the Kona Islander without hesitation and recommend it to family and friends...

  We have stayed 3 times in #216 which is a privately owned condo. I was very impressed with our accommodation for a 'budget minded' traveller. This unit has a newly renovated kitchenette and bathroom. I found it to be very clean and well cared for. All the extras - boogie boards, hair dryer, cooler, beach chairs etc were fantastic. This unit overlooks the pool area, all the lit up tikis and the location can't be beat. These owners truly care about their guests stay. We are planning a return visit soon!
