  My son and I stayed here in early February. Got the place at the last minute and got a great deal.
  The best part about the place is that it is so close to one of the best snorkeling beaches on the big island, which is also a great surf spot; which my son did every day (without a wetsuit). And close to, but far enough away from, the touristy Kailua.

  This was our first visit to Hawaii and our first experience of renting a condo in the US. It worked extremely well for us as a family group. Our stay was 3 nights but next time we hope to stay longer.
  As we arrived out of hours we had no contact with the reception.
  Some information in the property about the locality and things to see/do, local restaurants, shops, beaches etc. would have be useful.

  Think that the owners should come for a stay. Condo is in need of an up-date. If nothing else replace the RUSTED outdoor furniture. We were afraid to use it & the lani tile was raised & broken. Didn't use the kitchen much because of the raised counter tiles. Great location -BUT think that you need to address these issues.

  hello from good old germany
  the accommodation was great.
  unfortunately the microwave and the lights from the living room doesn't worked. but that isn't a real reason. we loved to stay there and next year we will certainly come back.
