This is a lovely oceanfront top floor condo with a huge wrap around lanai to give you the most expansive views. And they are expansive. All the way down the Kona Coast with the waves crashing right in front of you. Watch the whales in winter and the dolphins year round from the lanai. Let the ocean lull you to sleep each night. Fantastic location - waves crashing onto the rocks directly out front and we saw whales from the lanai each day of our stay.

The condo was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. We were able to retreat to the Lanai and enjoy a sunset view almost immediatly. The close proximity of all services made the stay that much more comfortable. The pool and tennis courts were big a plus also. The unit was quiet at night so a sound sleep was not a problem. Everything was better than advertised.

Last time I was in Kona was in 1987, at the KKSR, in Block 1, but same position. Overall just as I remember. A great time and god willing I will be back.

We have stayed at the Keauhou Surf & Racquet Club several times. This was the first time in this unit, and this building. If you like being "right on top" of the action then this is a great place. We were only a few feet from the rock cliffs and the ocean. We got salt spray regularly and lots of pounding wave noise. Like I said, If that's what you love(and we do) then this is the place. The condo is well maintained, has a nice large lanai with a coastal view all the way down to Kailua-Kona's harbor. Our rental agent, Cindy Krog, was very helpful in getting a couple of minor things corrected. Our requests were handled quickly and cheerfully.

Property is showing its age and should be renovated in near future if you want to keep up with other high quality properties. Sliding balcony doors did not lock..security issues!!

This was a great property. The only reason I didn't give five stars on the property's condition was that it has a seriously leaking faucet in the Master Bath. The property owner would want to know about this. It was a great condo and we would come back to it.

We found this condo on line and booked it the next day. The registration and payment process seemed way too easy but there was absolutely no problem. The staff at the management company were very friendly and helpful. The top floor oceanview was everything we imagined. The back of the condo faced the Kona Country Club Ocean Course. The property was very clean, quiet, and relaxing. If you are not a fan of Geckos, this may not be your place. There were a lot of them inside and out. I would definitely stay here again.
