This is a very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath two story townhouse. Fully equipped for your comfort in a great complex. The gardenview is peaceful and quiet but you are only steps from the pool and tennis area.There is a queen bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom.Washer and dryer in the condo.Sit on your lanai in a garden setting and enjoy the birds singing in the morning while you enjoy your Kona coffee.This townhome is a wonderful home away from home.What are you waiting for. This townhouse is in a wonderful location close to the pool and courts and has a view of the ocean.
The unit is older but everything works and it was clean and comfortable. Very enjoyable stay. -

We had a great experience at Kona Surf and Racquet. We rented 2 units for an extended family. Both units were clean and in good condition, although neither had been renovated recently. One unit had extensive beach (snorkels, goggles, etc) and children's items (ex. Stroller) for use. One complaint: the keys to the pool did not work, so we had to rely on other guests to get access (many guests had this issue and some had some tension with the pool manager, who didn't like the door being propped open. Suggestion: change the rusty old doorknob/gate to the pool!
Property managers were intermittently responsive. They answered about half my e-mails.
Otherwise, no real issues. -

The property and grounds were very nice and well kept we just wish that our unit was updated. The kitchen was in bad need of new fixtures and appliances, rusty fridge etc.. The rest of the unit was in pretty good shape and there were lots of extra towels, flippers and that kind of thing. I would stay at this resort again just in another unit.
