We had a wonderful time--love the location. It was quiet and close to the shopping center. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai and our early morning walks. We really appreciated the beach chairs!

Only problem was connecting with the owners wifi. Even with using the ethernet connection the wifi was sporatic. Fortunately, the resort wifi on AT&T; worked fine, which made up for this shortfall. When we got back to Canada the owner had called to make sure we had solved the problem. The resort and all the people we met at the restaurant, cleaners, etc, were all very friendly.

Unit 5-203 is a wonderful place ...we loved the lanai, large, great view, quiet, had morning coffee there every day to watch the sunrise over Moana Loa. Morning sun, afternoon shade. Great A/C...can control separately by room...allowed us to cool down the bedroom for sleeping comfort. Kitchen is beautiful, fully equipped...we prepared most of our meals in. Used the BBQ grills frequently...a little walk from the unit, but very manageable. Resort has a nice pool area, exercise facility and bar/restaurant.

For us, this was a great vacation experience. The condo is equipped with everything you will need for spending time on the big island. It has a fully equipped kitchen, TV's, Stereo and extra's like beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. It has a fantastic location very close to snorkeling,shopping, and boating excursion's from Keauhou Bay. The furniture, flooring and bathroom are all nicely furnished. We Loved it,I would stay here again and strongly recommend this property.
