My husband and I recently rented 3 separate condos for ourselves and grown children and their families. All three of the condos were in excellent condition. They were all beautifully furnished and very comfortable and clean. The first day we arrived we had some trouble with the airconditioning unit in our condo, and I spoke with Sue on the phone. She promptly got someone there to trouble shoot and the rest of the stay was uneventful. We would love to go back and when we do we will definitely consider the same company.

Fabulous accomodations right across the street from a nice beach for snorklers and surfers alike including canteen and washroom facilities. Great condo. 2 bedrooms at opposite ends of the unit separated by open-area style kitchen and living room. nice, nice, nice. Wonder if it's for sale?

Bentonville, ARThe real deal - best bet in Kona
Left on 05/20/2009 for a stay in May 2009
We just finished a week vacation in Kona. This condo was excellent.
The building is modern, clean, and very well maintained. You got the feel you were the first to stay there.
The location is excellent. Being able to walk across the street and then snorkle was very convenient. We did it almost every day, and sometimes two times a day. Its the best bay in Kona to snorkle, and not busy at all.
Has a full kitchen and having a washer and dryer in the condo means no overpacking necessary.
Has a barbeque right by the pool for community use. The condo is small enough to feel like you are one of the only ones there.
The pool is small, but we swam several times. It is a cool little set up.
Best Bet - the price is 1/2 of what we were going to pay at the Marriott for a small room with no amenities, no internet, no free parking, etc. This is a better location, more private, more upscale, and half the price....
If we go back soon, we are going to book this condo in advance.
The service from Abbey Rentals was confident, friendly, and reliable - exceeded all of our expectations. Eme was wonderful, and made our vacation special. -

This was the first time we stayed at the Kahaluu Beach Villas but it will not be our last. This unit had a wonderful view of the beach right across the street. The lanai was a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning, and the BBQ was a great place to cook dinner. Everything about it was wonderful. The kitchen was fabulous, and it was very convenient having the washer and dryer right in our room. It was a very short drive to shopping so it was very convenient. I have already recommended the Beach Villas to friends, and am already looking at booking my next trip this summer. The only thing I didn't like about our unit, was that they did not have feather pillows. Other then that, our unit was beautifully decorated and it was spotless when we arrived. The radio was left on which made us really feel like we were home. I would highly recommend the Beach Villas at Kahaluu. NG.

Our dreams were answered when we arrived at our condo in Kona. The pictures always look good, and the writeup looks great, but when we entered the condo, and saw it was even better than could be described in pictures or articles, we were thrilled.
The location was excellent, about 7 mins. to Kona (the long way) and 5 mins. to shopping. A beach with turtles, a hotel lounge adjacent where you could see the turtles and eels while enjoying a cold wet one.
The unit was tastefully decorated, and there was not a need to buy anything. It was without a doubt superb.
I would go back in a heartbeat.

after a long flight to kona, we were able to find our condo with a little
difficulty. (not well lit). but after we got in, we found a delightfully
clean and cute condo. the washer/dryer was a plus and the wifi was
very useful. the snorkling beach across the street was wonderful and
who knew, you can get surf lessons there too.
we hope to return sometime in 2009. -

San Francisco, CABach Villas t Kahaluu Review
Left on 12/15/2008 for a stay in November 2008
I thought the property was wonderful. We stayed in unit 2-101. The unit was finely appointed. A completely stocked kitchen. Very nice furnishings and wall hangings. The workmanship was above average as Hawaii condos go. We were a mere 100 yds from the snorkeling beach a keahohou. We were a bit apprehensive about being close to the road but the expected noise never materialized. The traffic is minimal and when present not a problem. All in all I'll definitely come again.
