Welcome to Hale Lani "Heavenly House". Spectacular Oceanfront retreat nestled on 1/3 acre surrounded by tropical flowers & native plants. Main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Immaculate kitchen with elegant dining area and great room overlooking the Blue Pacific Ocean.

There are two bedrooms in the main house each appointed with high quality king size beds. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper in the Livingroom .

If you have more than 4 adults you can also rent the downstairs ohana which is a 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom. There is also a kitchen which is fully contained complete with full size stove..., small refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. The livingroom has pull out sofa sleeper and 27" TV. The ohana is never rented except when you request the additional space.

Hale Lani is located on the Ocean Side of Alii Drive approx. 1/3 quarter mile from Kahalu'u Beach Park and 1 mile north to Magic Sands Beach.

You will find this house an exceptional value and in excellent condition. The pool deck has just been redone in beautiful Sandstone, new entry gate to property has just been installed, new flat screen tv in Living room, Stereo system both for inside house and outside on the lanai, there is a gas grill for great family cookouts. All rates are subject to the Hawaii state 12.25% tax, and a cleaning fee of $160.00 main house and $50.00 ohana. $300 damage deposit

***All reservations require a $300 reservation deposit. If the reservation is canceled for any reason within 90 days or less of arrival the reservation deposit will be forfeited, otherwise, it will be credited to your rent. Balance of rent is due at least 60 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made by personal check, money order, cashiers check, Visa or Mastercard.

  I stopped staying in hotels years ago and have rented a number of vacation homes on several islands. This is THE one. The house is just great - welcoming and comfortable and the pool and the view can't be beat. The bonus is Julie...she was a delight to work with in making arrangements, always available on-island while, at the same time, respecting my privacy.

  Lovely house, fantastic location

  Our family (2 adults and 2 girls aged 5 and 8) stayed here for a week in Aug
  2009. The house is directly on the ocean front with a great swimming pool
  and big veranda. In the evening you can dine outside as there is a large
  table and there are lights, fans etc. Also a great place to eat breakfast
  whilst looking out to sea and watch for dolphins. We spent so much time
  swimming in the pool which is completely private. It was great to come
  home from being out and about in the hot weather and diving in to cool off.
  We often stayed in and put the pool lights on in the evening and enjoyed
  the sunsets. The house is very well equipped, washer/dryer, microwave and
  plenty of towels and beach towels and there are 2 good size bathrooms.
  There is a banana tree outside and there were plenty of delicious bananas!
  It is well located with just a short drive into town for the many eateries,
  shops etc. We had a fantastic relaxing stay here and we would definitely
  stay there again. There were only 2 little niggles - there is no AC in the
  house, however if you open the patio doors in all the rooms the breeze
  from the sea cools the house off somewhat although the back bedroom
  remained quite hot. There are standing fans and ceiling fans supplied
  which we used at night. The other thing is there was no internet facility
  although at times we could log on to somebody else's wireless connection.
  We also found the agent and staff very helpful - we left a bag with our
  laptop, house and car keys at the house when we left and were at the
  airport when we realised. They tried their hardest to get the bag to us
  before we got on the plane but in the end they had to mail it to our US
  home address. It arrived safe and sound shortly after we got home. Great
  holiday.........great memories.
