Our island home is located above Magic Sands beach, just a mile from shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
We love entertaining family and friends in our newly decorated 2700+ square foot home; there are great spaces for groups, and also quiet, private spaces for relaxing with a favorite book. The kitchens have everything we could think of to make preparing a meal fun and rewarding, including bright colored fiesta dinnerware and glassware to serve exotic treats.

Two level house with two kitchens, perfect for two families. Easy to enjoy all together, or separate into two groups for a bit of privacy. Families with teenagers will especially appreciate this feature. The house was very well stocked with more than enough pots, pans, dishes, glasses, towels, toys, even spices!
We were met at the airport, and received help getting to the house. The house is within minutes of Kona main street, 5 min by car, but in a quiet neighborhood, and a convenience store within walking distance of a convenience store. -

We stayed in this lovely home for two weeks in June with our family - children, grown children, grandchildren - and it was all we had hoped it to be and more. The nightly sunsets from the lanai were breathtaking (we ate every meal here). The kitchen was fantastic, with all appliances needed for any occasion. The barbeque was well used with local meats and fresh fish and vegetables. The home, pool and grounds were clean and well kept. Lots of room for all of us, never felt crowded.
We were within a few minutes of grocery stores, farmers markets, beaches, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend Sam Choy's for fine dining - the food and sunset were stunning. We found an ice cream / coffee shop right in town (sorry, can't remember name!) that serves the most amazing ice cream ever! Flavours truly reflective of the island, incorporating coffee, coconut, pineapple, macadamia nuts, etc. Can't say we found a really good breakfast restaurant, although we tried several places. We felt, especially at Bongo Ben's the attitude was "just another tourist - feed them and never see them again." Very disappointing. Food was okay, coffee was horrible (hard to believe, I know!) and the service was terrible.
We visited the Farmers Market often - lots of souvenirs and delicious produce. The avocadoes are huge and we feasted on them often, along with mangoes, pineapples, bananas, etc. all freshly island picked.
We visited Kua Bay several times (about 30 minute drive from house). We all agree it is the best place on earth. We took in a coffee tour in Captain Cook area, where we were excited to see avocadoes growing on trees! The coffee tour was very interesting, and made us all appreciate the process from bean to mug! We also visited snorkel beach a couple of times, about 10 minutes from the home, and loved it.
We would definitely stay in this home again. Amazing! -

This home was perfect for my family. There were eight of us and we all had plenty of space to sleep, shower, cook, swim, relax, etc. It had everything we needed for the pool and for going to the beach.
The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans and even spices! The house was clean and stocked with plenty of towels and all the luxuries of home. We could not have improved on one thing ! The owner and the caretaker are really wonderful people to work with.

Our family group of 7 adults had a fabulous time while staying at this beautiful home. It is well-equipped and very spacious. There is a wide ocean view from the lanai and yet access to the highway is very convenient. Everything was so nice, in fact, that we traded some of our sightseeing time to spend more time at the pool and relaxing on the lanai. It was wonderful to have so much room to spread out. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I hope that I will have the opportunity to stay here again myself.

Our family stayed here July 2-9 2011. It was perfect for us. We cooked family dinners at home and enjoyed the beautiful view and pool. The kitchen is so well equipped. The property manager is very helpful and accessible. The home was very clean and well maintained and in a convenient location.
