2 of the 3 bedrooms are master suites. air conditioning in the bedrooms is at no charge. You can walk two blocks to Kahaluu State Beach or 4 blocks to Magic Sands Beach. One mile from shopping center with: theaters,market, restaurants, drug store. Relaxation,dining on the lani at the ocean front its like a Hollywood set a spa on the lani for relaxation, 110 feet in length. kitchen recently remodeled great for Family and Friends especially on the lani (110 feet ) extends out so you can have the views north and south on the ocean.
Located between Kahalulu State Beach (14 homes south and Magic Sands Beach 1/2 mile north)
Ocean Front on the main road Alii Drive it is 4 miles to the
town of Kona. Cosco is about a 10 minute drive and airport is about
20 minutes form the home.
The home is one mile from shopping at Keahou shopping Center
where there are restaurants, movie theater. drug store,
and KTA A super Hawaiian Market.

Left on 02/02/2013 for a stay in January 2013
The house and location were both wonderful. With a 3 day stay we were very happy to enjoy the home for much of that time, especially the lanai hot tub and sunsets! I hope to rent there again in future.
My only concern is the timers on the air conditioners in the bedrooms. The aC is on for one hour but of course can be turned on again. It was fine in January though. -

My husband and 3 adult children had the privilege to stay in this beautiful home last week. It was truly spectacular. The home is literally on the ocean and is very well maintained and stocked for comfort. The owners were a pleasure to deal with- being both very responsive and courteous. The pictures and virtual tour represent the home exactly. We would highly recommend this vacation rental!
