Eight of us rented this home for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The home is new, spacious and lovely. The pool was too cold for us to swim but added a nice ambience to our time relaxing on the patio. The view of the ocean was spectacular and we were able to see (with binoculars) whales from the patio. Our only issue with the house was the fact that 2 of the bedrooms are not air conditioned. That was not mentioned in the home description. It was fairly cool at night but not always as comfortable as we would have liked. There are ceiling fans everywhere which helped. One of the bedrooms is near the large AC unit for the house and, combined with the proximity to the highway, was a bit noisy at night with the windows open. Maybe minor issues...overall a very enjoyable stay.
