With 2,755 square feet indoors and 940 square feet of 4 furnished lanai's and patios, you and your family will have plenty of room to relax outdoors and enjoy the refreshing ocean air.

Our open foyer and multiple lanais offers clean transitions from the lush, natural settings to our beautifully decorated home. The downstairs Great Room offers a folding glass wall that opens di...rectly to a spacious lanai facing protected lawn areas, perfect for sunning and children playing. The Great Room lanai provides a gas BBQ and small drink refrigerator, adding function and convenience for preparing outdoor meals.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home can comfortably sleep 6-7. Bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels make this villa perfect for multi-family or multi-friend vacationing. The master bedroom is complete with king bed. The master bathroom has a jetted tub, a large shower, and access to an outside shower garden. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and in-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a built-in desk and a trundle bed allowing for multiple usage and sleep setups. Brand-new flatscreen TVs are included in each bedroom and the family room. The family room also includes a bar area, a folding glass wall that opens to the lanai, and sliding shutters for privacy.
