The vacation apartment on the ground floor of the house has been awarded three stars and offers space for two adults.

The apartment includes a separate entrance, a living/bed room, a kitchenette with dining corner, a small hallway with wardrobe and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The entire apartment is tiled.

The living/bed room is furnished in modern and comfortable ways and equipped with a double bed and additional sleeper sofa, as well as cable tv, stereo, cd player, alarm clock.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils such as a set of pots, dishes, glassware, cutlery, microwave, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, etc.

The bathroom offers shower/toilet, a mirrored cupboard and washing basin, and a hair dryer.

Towels, bathing towels and dishrags included in the price.

A few minutes by car get you to the city center, Westpfalz-Klinikum (clinics), college, university and Fraunhofer Institute. Further flexibility is given by the bus stop that is only 200 m away, as well as the commercial area Gewerbegebiet West offering lots of shopping opportunities. The outdoor swimming pool “Waschmühle” can be reached on foot; it’s cold water pool is the largest in Europe.
How to get here:
Exit autobahn A6 Mannheim-Saarbrücken at the exit Kaiserslautern-West.
Continue towards the Gewerbegebiet, through the Opel roundabout towards the TÜV.
Past the TÜV to the end of the Gewerbestrasse, right to the traffic light.
Crossing the intersection at the traffic light, going straight and then turning left onto the next road – and you are at the Lothringer Dell.
House nr. 78 is located some 800 m down on the right.
