Well-maintained duplex house in good and quiet residential area. Our house is located in the west of Kaiserslautern in the immediate vicinity of the garden show, culture center Kammgarn and recreation area Vogelwoog. A few minutes by car get you to the city center, Westpfalz-Klinikum (clinics), college, university and Fraunhofer Institute. Further flexibility is given by the bus stop that is only 200 m away, as well as the commercial area Gewerbegebiet West offering lots of shopping opportunities. The outdoor swimming pool “Waschmühle” can be reached on foot; it’s cold water pool is the largest in Europe.
How to get here:
Exit autobahn A6 Mannheim-Saarbrücken at the exit Kaiserslautern-West.
Continue towards the Gewerbegebiet, through the Opel roundabout towards the TÜV.
Past the TÜV to the end of the Gewerbestrasse, right to the traffic light.
Crossing the intersection at the traffic light, going straight and then turning left onto the next road – and you are at the Lothringer Dell.
House nr. 78 is located some 800 m down on the right.
