The 2-floor luxury private villa is 100 m walking distance from a long pebble beach with crystal clear water. Panoramic view on the Messinian bay to the west and on Taygetos mountain to the east. The villa, 100 sq.m, comprised of living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 loft (all of them with sea view) and 2 bathrooms, is isituated in the middle of a 1,500 sq.m. garden with grass, colourful flowers and various trees. The house is located on a clif beside the sea. There's a beautifull view from the house into the Calamata Gulf. The house is situated in a huge garden with bugenwilas, pinetree and fig trees, where you can take a rest from the heat and civilization, drink wine and eat greek salad. At the same time you have the possibility to visit bars and restautants which are a few minutes away by car. It's a good location for travelling to lots of historical places like Sparta or Olimpia, as well as beaches, mountains and other interesting places. The house is beautifull and tastefully decorated. The owners Panos and his wife Eleni are very warm, friendly and helpful. We spent one of our best holidays there. We hope to return there again ........... Ma?go?ka and Zbyszek

Our family (with 3 young children)absolutely loved the house, the sea views were fabulous (watching the dolphins feeding in Kalamata Bay one morning was a real treat), and the garden was impeccably maintained. We enjoyed our morning coffees under the shade tree and on the balconies, and our kids loved collecting rocks from the nearby beach. The sunsets were fantastic and the house itself had all the amenities we needed, an was very well maintained. Panos & Lena were kind and generous hosts and welcomed us as friends - we hope to return again.
