Ideal location, very central apartment just a few minutes walk to supermarket, bank, post office and restaurants. The complex is very popular due to being a short, easy walk to the old town, harbour and beach, TAXI & CAR HIRE NOT REQUIRED.
There are also several excellent beach clubs in the local area. Patara beach, a world heritage site famous for its 18km of white sand and clear water is 25 mins away by car/dolmus (bus)
20 mins to Kas and approximately 1.5 hours to Fethiyre by dolmus.
Apartment has full details of excursions and places to visit which can be organised through local agents in Kalkan.

Rates listed are for two people, additional cost of £35 per person per week applies for third/fourth guest.
20% non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking.
Non-Refundable balance to be paid eight weeks prior to departure.
I can arrange airport transfers: private taxi transfer @ £60 per car each way for up to three people OR airport shuttle bus can be booked via transfers4u.com to local location (Samira Garden Hotel).
The apartment will be clean on arrival with linen, towels AND BEACH TOWELS. Additional cleaning and laundry can be arranged with agent and payable locally.

Overall a good apartment,ideally positioned for Town Centre and amenieties.
Good views of Town and Kalkan Bay.Great swimming pool areas.Adequate balcony for those "nights at home" when you want to use the self catering facilities -

We stayed in J2 for ten days in July this year and had a really great holiday. The apartment is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The bedroom has plenty of storage and the two juliet balconies provide views across the pool and Kalkan Bay. The lounge and kitchen area are equally well appointed with modern appliances and furniture but we spent most of our time sitting on the large main balcony. The views across Kalkan bay are superb and provide a perfect backdrop for breakfast, lunch or drinks in the evening.
The apartment complex is clean and well maintained, and with five pools we were spoilt for choice. Exclusive sun beds, umbrellas and beach towels are provided. The complex is located in a quiet area but just a short walk down into the town and harbour for bars and restaurants, or a stroll around the corner for more restaurants and well stocked supermarkets and other shops.
We could not fault the apartment or it’s location and booking it was easy with the help of Michelle, the owner, who also arranged taxi transfers to and from the airport. Kalkan is a great resort with plenty to do and see in the town and nearby. We have no hesitation in recommending J2 and a stay here will enhance your Kalkan experience. -

Well equipped apt with 1st class furniture/fittings incl air conditioning in lounge &bedroom; plus a useful safe.
Superb views over Kalkan bay and village from large balcony which has its own umbrella and chairs.Access to 3 adult pools and 2 smaller pools all within 50 yards from apt.Also apt sunloungers/mattresses with umbrella are supplied.The apt is in a perfect position close to village,marina,beach.and various beach clubs. Very difficjult to fault !
