Jasmine apartment is situated just off Kalamar road approx 10 - 15 mins walk to town. This luxury duplex apartment has a private roof terrace with spectacular views of Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. Furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. Swimming pool shared with only 2 other apartments.

Kalkan is well placed for many attractions. Approximately 1 hours drive is the harbour town of Fethiye, with access to Olu Deniz, Kaya Koy, (the Greek Ghost Town) and the Lycian Tombs. Well worth a visit are the Saklikent gorge and the sunken city of Kekova. The ancient ruins of Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara and Tlos are also nearby.
Kalkan remains an unspoilt town not subject to mass tourism nor the major tour operators.
It has many roof top restaurants offering a high standard of cuisine.
There is a small local market every Thursday

The owners of Jasmine apartment have really thought of everything and is home from home; the facilities are excellent and is well maintained. The roof terrace is lovely and the views are spectacular. Good pool area with your own sunbeds/umbrellas.

The apartment was large, spacious and comfortable with 2 balconies and a large roof terrace which had great views overlooking Kalkan beach. The apt had everything we needed, and more including a swimming pool. There were shops, bars and restaurants nearby, and the town and beach were only a short walk away. Had a great stay at the Jasmine apartment and would recommend it to my friends and i will be back again myself next year.

The Jasmine really was a great find for us. Plenty of living accommodation and so comfortable and homely. There is nothing that wasn't provided and we immediately felt at home. It's location, just 10-15 minutes' walk to the centre of Kalkan, was lovely, with great views from the terrace and balconies. Really disappointed that we are unable to rebook for later this year. Really a fantastic venue.

This apartment is just wonderful with everything you could possibly require. The views from the balcony and roof terrace are out of this world and we could have stayed forever. We have stayed in many apartments but this was the best by far.

We stayed in the Jasmine apartment having never been to Turkey before. It is a true gem of a place with the owners catering for every little whim of their guests. The views from the apartment and the roof terrace are stunning, and the rooms are stylishly and tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and we made use of the facilities thoughtfully provided by our hosts. Kalkan is a lovely area, and there are so many restaurants to choose from, we were spoilt for choice. The Jasmine apartment is, without a doubt, the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed at, and comes highly recommended, as indeed is verified by the very favourable comments in the guest book held in the apartment. Thank you for a truly memeorable holiday.

Stayed at the Jasmine apartment for a week in September. The apartment was fantastic and very well equipped just like a home from home. We spent many an evening relaxing on the comfy sofas on the roof terrace enjoying a drink and the beautiful views before heading to the town, which is only a 10 - 15min walk away for a meal and a wander around the many shops.
Would highly recommend the Jasmine apartment to anyone looking for a holiday in Kalkan with that little something extra. Will definitely be returning for another stay next year! -

A lovely apartment, plenty big enough for 2 adults and our two teenage kids. Spotlessly clean on arrival, nice pool shared with the other two apartments downstairs and beautiful views from the roof terrrace (very hot in the day but stunning in the morning and for a nightcap).
Peacefully located with a 10 minute stroll down a (steep) hill into town, a little more strenuos to return but taxis are always available and the cost reasonable.
Overall great value and hard to fault. -

A really beautiful apartment set in a lovely peaceful area yet only a stroll away from the centre of Kalkan which offers a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets.
The owners have gone to great lengths to really make sure that everything you may need is in their apartment, from spotless bedding, games, spare sun creams and even a garlic press!
The decoration is first class with no expense spared to make this feel like a real home rather than a holiday apartment. There are lots of really lovely personal touches dotted through the rooms. The views from the little balcony to sit and have breakfast are breathtaking and a little shop at the bottom of a few steps was really handy for fresh bread and milk.
In the evening for a pre dinner glass of wine the upstairs roof terrace is exceptional to watch the sunset and if you didn't want to go far there was a built in BBQ.
The pool and the surrounding area were very clean and the villa has dedicated loungers and umbrellas.
Transfer to and from the airport were all on time with the villa manager always on hand to make sure your stay was going well. The welcome pack after a late arrival was indeed very welcome!
We had a wonderful week in this gorgeous apartment and won't hesitate to rebook in the future or recommend it to family and friends. Kalkan was a really lovely find for us and this apartment the icing on the cake!

I would recomend this apartment to anyone. The roof terrace was a particular highlight where you can BBQ if you wish. The town was wonderful with lots of great restaurants (these were away from the water where you tend to pay for the view) and when it was too hot to walk around in the middle of the day, it was great to have the use of the pool... Fantastic place to stay.

We arrived very late at night to a warm welcome and very welcome food package for the essential cup of tea and snack. Very comfortable/clean appartment with every item you might need, a truly home from home experience. Will definitely go back again.

We have stayed in Kalkan in the Jasmine for the last two years. Having spent the last 8 years holidaying in Turkey this apartment is the best we have ever used and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The roof top is wonderful for relaxing in the evening over drinks before strolling down to town for your evening meal. The pool is great and since my brothers family had rented the downstairs apartment we had it to ourselves. I would recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of staying in Kalkan I am sure you'll have as great a time as we did. The local shop has everything you need and if you don't fancy the 15 minute walk to town some evenings the close-by Lizo does great food and gives a friendly welcome.
